FOr an "undraftable" round 7 is where he belongs, this should be an easy bet for you

I never said nobody would draft him. I never said he couldn’t succeed in college. My opinion is: I wouldn’t draft him. My opinion is he won’t accomplish much in the NFL. But there are other people with different opinions. Matt Leinart was drafted high against my opinions. It happens all the time

You’re just spewing fake opinions I never stated…not sure if it’s deliberate on your part…. or because you are making bad assumptions….or just not comprehending what I’m actually stating?

I only mentioned age in sports below the pros. Not sure how you and FL trying to spin this about old NFL QBs instead of the advantage a 25 year old gets in college ball.

Do players get drafted for their advantage or play in college...  or due to their potential in the pros?   If you don't like a guy because you don't like his play...just say it.  But you bring up his age.  His age doesn't matter anymore.. because he will play in the NFL.  He will get drafted by an NFL team to play in the NFL.   How he plays in the NFL will start at his current age.   How he played 3 years ago... really doesn't matter.  Neither did it matter with Kurt Warner or Vince Papale.

GB is talking about draft picks for the pro league..  You change the subject i his age,and then flipping it to his college play ???  Why.  Does he physically have an advantage at 25 now?   He plays QB.  So the idea would be that he doesn't physically matchup with guys at that position.  It's not like his job is to block or tackle... QB is read and throw.   If he took in theory 3 extra years to get to this level...who cares...all that matters is if he can keep improving.

I didn’t bash him for being too old to be drafted. Pure spin. I just don’t think he will translate well to pro ball. Simple.

But explain... the only reason you give is his age...that's why GB brings it up.   Use another reason.  Or explain yourself better.

I would wager thousands of players would have been more productive playing college football at age 25 than 22.

It's irrelevant... all that matters is the potential in the pros now.  That's why NFL teams will or won't be interested.

At 24 where would he have been drafted? 23? 22? You know like most people are judged.

Only at 25 did he become a contender for the Heisman or on draft radars.

It’s not irrelevant at all. How many players would look more ready and better equipped to be a pro at 25 instead of 22?

Most every players draft stock would rise from their 22 year old version to their 25 year old version. Just obvious stuff here.

Oh please, you called him "undraftable" then a "round 7 is where he belongs" because he is "too old" but now that turns into he 'had more college experience" and I asked "how so" which you refused to answer. This happens every time, the story keeps changing and you keep denying what you said and you NEVER DO answer a point blank question. Just because YOU won't take him doesn't mean squat. My bet offer stands(never responded to that either). We're not taking him,I just find you standards are just all over the map, very inconsistent. he will be drafted in round 2 like Hurts was,so he will probably "fail" like Hurts did and be a starter in time(just like Hurts was). You can't sand that I "called" his rise from nowhere and it's ,killing you to admit it. I find this very juvenile and comedic at the same time. So you find Torrence and after research I like the kid, right after I said I liked him,he's trash. More juvenile BS. So I finally agree with you,but you have to argue anyhow. Just amazing stuff

UH he stayed in school to complete his education? He was hurt a year which delayed both things? You really need to read about him and the challenges he overcame. What difference does it make in the years he didn't enter the draft portal? The only one that matters is the one he IS in(he had to because he completed his eduaction and graduated-just AWFUL LOL)

Like Kurt Warner?

I didn’t say I find Hooker undraftable because he’s too old. Never said that. Said he won’t translate to the NFL is why I wouldn’t draft him.

Again... you haven't said anything about his play except his age.   All you mention is age.

I have  no idea who this guy is... but I haven't heard a critique of his play ... just his age.

Where would he be drafted if he wasn't hurt at the end of this season????? I'll answer for you, round 1 no question

O’Cyrus I identified as a guy going to be a good pro. Like him plenty. But the more I investigated the more I realized he wasn’t a match for us. Happened all before FL decides to like him. FL, your judgement on him never factored in on my opinions at all about him.

Where would he be drafted at 22? Not drafted.

Out of the top 5 drafted QB's with the best TD to it rations Hooker is lilsted TWICE in the top 5. you are just CLUELESS and you said you didn't know what I looked for in a QB LOL

So here is what I don't get?    A guy available in a draft... shouldn't his potential play going forward matter?

Like is it a rule that the guy had to be at his peak at 22?

Is it...." well it's not fair, you are too good now because you are too old?"   I don't get it?   Will a pro coach think the guy can't learn and improve with his first experiences in the league because he is experiencing them at an older age?

Either you make it up or aren’t comprehending what I’m stating and forming bad assumptions

So what is your criteria for a "match" and I will ask again(4th time) who is better at RG? It's a simple straight forward question

His play translating to the NFL doesn’t appeal to me. Thank you for catching up.
