I'm also "hearing"(lol) about us moving up for Wilson, which was my 10 pick on the first mock I made, then trading back the 30 for more round 2 picks. IDK there are alot of really good players in round 2(even round 3). Nobody is talkjng about a WR anywhere either and although that may be back burner getting a top one completes the receiving corps for a few years, but so far everyone is ignoring it

I'm looking at the 62 pick for DB's. Brents or Turner. Good players. Both have upside, they just need a little more time than the top guys and they can learn behind Slay and Bradberry, maybe spot them in here and there. Both could be used as BU's for injury and pressed into service. If not they have a full years learning under 2 of the best

Darnell Wright, OT, Tennessee (6'5, 333)

Wright started games at Tennessee at LT, RG, and RT, which makes him a candidate for a "RG of the present, RT of the future," kind of role, similar to Shawn Andrews once upon a time. Wright was heavily recruited out of high school (16th in the country by Rivals, 5th overall by ESPN). He had a disappointing start to his college career, but broke out in 2022 while playing RT.

One of Wright's claims to fame is a game against Alabama in 2022 during which he often faced off against star edge rusher Will Anderson. Some have gone as far as to say Wright "dominated" Anderson. I wouldn't go that far, but it was certainly a strong performance. If you have 13 minutes to kill, you can judge for yourself here:

I really like this kid. You can love or hate Hooker, but he protected him in his record breaking season and it doesn't cost you as high a pick(another guy who can start at G and move to T if we so choose). He was also in for a private visit

https://www.phillyvoice.com/eagles-2023-draft-prospect-visit-rumor-news-tracker/  Still leaning towards Van Ness IF we stay at 10. Nolan Smith also possible IMO. Now can we get either and move back out of 10? I think we can and pick up an additional pick, same with pick 30. I think Howie adds draft assets as he goes, although I would love to have Wilson, but that's a move UP.

Been hearing more and more about OT at 10. Paris or Skoronoski who would be an immediate fill at RG and then take over for Lane

Both have short arms. Can’t lie….that’s a big measurable that’s hard to get around. Paris has lateral agility doubts as I posted the link before. Been described as the twitchiest rushers he struggles against. Going to the NFL…that’s possibly most guys he has to face. Short arms with lateral agility problems are a tough negatives combo. Probably not even working at T.

Well then we'd have our starting RG,who could move to T in a pinch. I don't see a downside to that. RG locked in for 5 years, check that box off. In the event Lane gets hurt he slides over and Jurgens takes RG

If we trade back at 10 a little and get CB Banks. DT  Bryan Breesee at 30. S Jordan Battle second round. Third round WR Kayshon Boutte.

Howie won't take a DB first,Bresee won' last to 30

We traded back at 10…gives us ammo towards trading up a little for Breesee.

How was the guy suggesting the computers do the pressers? Wonder if it’s utilizing AI? They could take any coaches and simulate him saying whatever. Eliminate anything dumb or offensive.

You see... this kind of dumb stuff instead of roster building.

Move up for Wilson,or stand(possibly trade back a little bit) for Van Ness. I just think Edge is the biggest need

I'm deaf so hearing things from Siri doesn't help me lol

Lol... that's why I said it in caps...lol.

So you have the advantage with games that Collinsworth does.  You can't hear him.

Howie loves to move around and he is good at dragging out extra assets doing so,so I see trades happening. We are in a prime spot too

Being deaf sometimes is an advantage LOL. I can still read his moronic comments with captions

Yeah...I don't see DB here.   But even the idea from fans....not figuring out why we would want CBs.

It's not a win now move.  It's not the meat and potatoes linemen where we have 4 old guys thst need to be replaced.. most likely 3 of them on their last year.

Just not seeing what the fan motivation is for CB at the moment?

The GM business is building rosters.  We have a guy who is obsessed with that.   His flaw is picking wrong guys... but he takes the swings, more so than any other GM.

Imagine not having cap space for multiple years at a time...never signing free agents.... having to watch lazy GM run your team... " is it CGI"   yeah.. that's a lot of fun.
