haha... you're short arms thing is awesomely funny to me for some reason.

No clue why,it's part of the process. If it had no bearing why would they measure it at the combine? So,I will check on it

That could be BS....  that was from the movie Draft Day...who knows?

IDK didn't see the, movie

https://www.pff.com/news/does-arm-length-affect-ot-play SO PFF shows arm length is "not significant" although it is more significant on the right side yet still deemed Insignificant. SO although it's not why you take or not take a player,it could be a minor tie breaker. I had assumed it was a little more significant. I am not too old to keep learning. I had never really thought about it before. I would, however, assume you would avoid "T-Rex" lol

NFL suspended four Lions for gambling. Williamson will miss six games.

Van Ness is a solid End against the run. But only has a bullrush as a pass rushing move. Kind of feels like the upside of becoming Barnett without the boneheaded penalties.

Rosie was all about saying at 10 it’s about getting a unique player and not about position

Know we need DL and edge. We just paid Hurts who we need to protect.

Another interesting thing came up today on one of the shows is that we have 12 picks next yr as of now, think we trade in some of those for this yr.

Best way to protect any QB is to hand off to a RB.

Expect we do use some 2024 picks this draft. Can’t trade the expected compensatory picks yet however….since we don’t technically have them yet.

Not if your QB loves to run LOL

Of course it’s not the only factor. But the money says consistently…. long arms are a part of the package….an obvious advantage.

Maybe in a dead heat, but I don't see it as an issue that you need to put on a board

Well then it's not a joke. I see nothing else about this anywhere,so why would that guy post this about Van Ness???

Idk... again it's from the movie Draft Day....it's unoriginal idea.  That's why it sounds fake.   Just like if Stoutland had the OL guys who come in for a visit have to catch a chicken ... probably get that from Rocky you follow?

I realize you are intensely into this draft...but a sense of humor helps a little.

Pretty decent movie... you would like it being the way you spend a lot of time on the draft.

He is going to draft that Japanese Pitcher/ outfielder from the Angels!

What if it's RPO and the defense reacts to the RB getting the ball...dies that protect the QB like it did vs Chicago this year?

Yes you can trade them... its part of the language in a trade ...where the pick is conditional.   They already know we are getting the comp picks... the final calculations have to be made via rounds.. but we have our 4...with a couple to spare.   Technically I think we could get 7 if we were allowed.... Hargrave,  Dillard, Seamulo, CGJ, Sanders, Edwards and Epps all qualify.

I hope Van Ness thinks it's funny lol

Best way to protect your QB is to have an awesome O line

Eagles have the 2nd lowest cap space in 2026... only 160 mil.   QB is locked up though.

Just figured with all the praise Howie is getting...I'd put this out there for Ham to feel better.

But then I'll also say...the QB and the #1 WR are already on the books.   So is the left tackle.  3 positions that get the big $$.

We're good to go if some young guys step up. I totally expect to be in post season again(obviously if there are no injuries) PS-and my goal is still 32 PPG and I don't care what anyone else thinks. Getting a knock out #3 WR will go far
