We're already set up at the #1 and 2. You can pick up a #3 in a later round.

You can also pick a RBBC RB in a later round. Njigba/Flowers= a slightly less talented JJ who can hit you from anywhere on the field. Give D's 4 top receivers to cover and your run game will be fine. As you stated yourself Howie doesn't take RB's first. Maybe Gibbs at 30 is possible. JMO

Other than those 2 the WR room is weak. Quez and the new guy will be fine BU's,so getting a top #3 slot would be nice. I suspect we will pick up a few players off other teams cuts after the draft

Right, because Howie is good at his job.

Running Back...very simple... if there is a guy that really ....really stands out in round 2 or beyond, then you take him.  Otherwise... if needed,  sign a cheap vet. 

When you are set up to be a free agent destination...and have a setup in place for a RB to succeed.  You should get a good one to want to come here...very cheap.

The upgrade ( if that's what Bijon actually is???) Over an established NFL RB, isn't worth the investment of the top pick.  No matter how good he looks vs Kansas and Kansas St.  Or Little Flower High or Ben Franklin Middle School.
