DaWand tomorrow

If you can get your guy you take him

Maybe DaWand and Julius Brents at CB

Can't think about tomorrow right now, I'm beat. See you then, need sleep.

Still some nice WR's left like Hyatt(Tenn) or Mayer at TE. IDK wish we had more picks

Every year.....lol

Couldn't go to bed yet. So tomorrow 62 and 66 then nothing until the 7th unless HR uses more future picks.

Sporting news gave us an A+ on Carter, A on Nolan

Best reaction: Micah Parsons responds to Eagles drafting Jalen Carter

Nobody expected Parsons to be overly happy about whomever the Eagles picked, but his reaction to Philly grabbing Carter -- arguably one of the three best players in the draft -- was equal parts amusing and satisfying. Parsons, who seemingly has an opinion on everything and everyone, could do nothing but act uncomfortably on live television.

Fan - f'n - TASTIC beginning to the Draft! I'm tickled pink:towel: I can't believe they actually took a LB this high! Let alone one that can play Edge too. Good sub for Reddick.

And of course 4 Dogs now lol.  Now "Who Let the Dogs Out" is even more relevant

Definitely with you on that, didn't think we'd get either guy, plus I thought we'd make at least 1 trade back

Some had Smith to us at 10!

I like building the DL.... getting the top rated DT....and one of the top rated Edge guys.    Both from a championship program...

Then a gift from Arizona and Gannon to move up a huge 28 spots.

That's a pretty good night.

A lot of you guys who invest so much time into these players...I can see why you would want a trade down to get more picks.

But I'm not really interested in " we gotta get a round 5 pick or whatever "  ... to be honest... if they swapped both 7th round picks each time to move up twice to get some targets... I'm ok with that.

GB was all about " we have 4 picks"  well ok, then with the gift from AZ and Gannon...let's go get the other 2 guys we really want.

My logic behind it... get the targets,  then focus on UDFAs right away.

I also believe we will be able to get some cheap quality vets after the draft.  Fournette comes to mind.  Or maybe trades... where we can use all those extra picks next year ...again " for our specific targets "

I guess my point... we did a good job accumulating assets... now instead of just laying back and relying on luck ( where we have missed out on guys in the past)   just go get the targets.  Don't miss out on Russell Wilson or have to take JJAW because you didn't want to trade up 3 or 4 spots.    Get the guys ... lock them in... forget the 7th round pick just to say you have one.

Mailata great example of going after the guy...we traded a 7th for the right to move up to get him.

Let's be honest...the picks are close enough to the UDFAs anyway, good chance those players we would pick might end up UDFAs anyway.

A very entertaining vid clip to say the least. Thank you very much for posting…lifted my spirit lol

An hour before the draft...if someone comes on here and says......"we get both Carter and Smith, and move up 28 spots in round 3"      what would you think it would cost?

Ended up being 2024.... 4th & 5th.   That's it.

" No Mas ... we didn't draft RB or CB though  ... look at those backfields in ATL and Detroit,  they know how to build a roster "

Could argue we got the best player in the draft with Carter

Guys has been in the argument for top pick for like two years now.

I’ve been very curious how Desai could/ will use Nolan. Seems like a clone of Reddick basically. Can Nolan and Reddick be on the field together consistently?
