I hope one of these guys somehow falls to 188. Even at 150 Howie can use a pick from next year if we think a guy is worth it

I mentioned Roschon as a RB I wanted(still do). You can watch his vids, see his stats all while remembering he did ALL that SUBBING IN for the top RB in this draft. What can he do if he had no competition??? He's a steal for anyone who gets him. Him, Ringo or Rush are 3 I would use picks on to bring in

Love Adabawore, not sure how we'd use him now,but this late he could sit until we find a place for him. he's just a freak athlete/wildman lol

Roschon Johnson, RB, Texas: Johnson had an interesting college career. He was originally recruited as a quarterback, but moved to running back after Texas suffered a number of injuries there prior to the 2019 season. He had a good freshman season, but lost carries in 2020 and beyond after Bijan Robinson arrived at Texas and became the clear lead back. Johnson is thought of as a smart, unselfish player who might have put up bigtime rushing numbers at another program. He does a lot of little things well and could give the Eagles valuable snaps immediately in a rotational role.

Not particularly fast or agile, but he is RELENTLESS in pursuit. He just keeps coming

We could pull another "Philly Special" with him lol

Yeah, really he could have entered the transfer portal, but chose to finish his education in Texas. And in his BU role,he's never really been pushed much and still got it done. So,as a future in our RBBC he would fit just fine

What can you learn in Texas?

My cousin was the director of personnel for them until 3 years ago when he retired(yes the entire university which included the sports programs) And while he didn't hire the TOP people(presidents job or had the final say on guys my cousin presented) he hired most of the people there. So IDK what you can learn there, but he got paid really well. There were no "gender studies" degrees on his watch lol

Another guy I would trade a next years for. A bit "awkward" but a guy who can learn a year. The talent is there. ST "gunner" also

We have 1 -1, 2 -2's and 2 -3's, no 4's and a bunch of 5's next yr. HR may use the higher picks on a vet trade but not in the draft. Could see using some of the lower picks.

I mean look at some of these guys on SI's list;

https://www.si.com/nfl/2023/04/29/nfl-draft-2023-best-available-day-3

Can easily see a handful of guys I'd move up for

Antonio Johnson-yeah I would like to pick1 off this list. Oh well time to get ready to go TTYL

Wish him well GB

We traded up for Ringo, was out and just saw that. Will have to see what we gave up - good call!

Cost us a 2024 3rd

The new DC can't say Howie ignored the D

Is the Eagles D gonna start wearing red jerseys?

Should have forwarded it to myself. Eagles have guys who specifically scout SEC and Georgia

Well at least on paper the Eagles have crushed the rest of the NFCE in this draft

First draft in a long time i can't find anything to complain about

Absolutely love this draft! I wanted Ringo after watching him play last year.

some had him as an early 2nd round pick. Sitting a year to learn from pros will only help him!  they addressed all needs except RB, but they should be fine. Good job HR!!

Only one here that may be disappointed is GB. No RB so far. But the day is young and KC got a great RB in round 7, so there is hope!!

I can see HR putting Flyers on the skill positions from now on. RB, WR, CB and S seems like positions they may go after.... Thoughts?

Sure Stine. Had 5 guys on my shopping list today and we got 1, the rest are gone. Really wanted the OT Jones. Surely we looked at him and they felt he wasn't worth the draft capitol. Would like to bring in LB, TE, RB, WR or P. At this stage you're just looking for hidden gems at almost any position, we'll build the rest after the draft
