Right..because KC wasn’t executing offensively first half and we got the ball first.  We got a lead.  They executed 2nd half, we never stopped them really at all, they messed up more on their own 1st half.

You have to look at the context, not just the results.

So once again you can' just blame the field conditions. Anyway tired of going round and round on this on to this year

Hurts fumble returned for a td didn't help

Happy 90th,now lets ice it with a SB WIN

If we can overcome the league being so against us that we win in blowout fashion to take any chances they have out of possibility.

Setup by a Seumalo false start on 3rd and 1 Hurts converts on a record setting pace. Or the follow up that Seumalo left Bolton at the line of scrimmage unblocked to come straight at our QB unblocked Hurts felt he had to force a play in the first place. But of the million reasons to point towards Hurts Game for the Ages would remotely be high on my list.

Gannon got ranked 31st in HC rankings haha

AR is number 1. We fired him. Number 7 is McDermott. We fired him. Pedey is 10. We fired him also.

Whelp that looking at how others have won the SB to mimic won’t work this season. No team has ever gone to the SB and lost both coordinators and made it back.

https://overthecap.com/salary-cap/philadelphia-eagles 13.8 mil left in cap space. I suspect this would be for an emergency signing in post season. let's hope it's not needed

Someone asked me a question,it was tough to answer. Taking into account rule changes over the years, who was the best RB in Eagles recent history(form 1970 on)

Can't " just" do anything.    If you paid attention to my posts.

2 separate things.

1.   An advantage

2. The play

Because again... just because there is an advantage,  doesn't mean the results will follow for the team with the advantage.    KC didn't execute well first half.   Go watch the game again.   It wasn't anything we did defensively.

It's exactly the reason why Hurts fumble was such a huge play.  Sandwiched between 2 KC drives that ended in punts.   They were struggling to get their rhythm.   Our first half lead could have been bigger.

But if you watch...you see our guys slipping from the beginning of the game.  That didn't change.   First half KC couldn't take advantage.    It's really a simple concept.

Huge play.   You have an offensive juggernaut struggling.. you don't give them a free TD.   Was a bad omen.

Again... there could be 11 guys coming in without a blocker.  You don't fumble the ball ....especially without contact.

But it's why I said I wanted to get that 4th receiving option... 3rd and 6 the QB shouldn't be running a QB draw.

But you want him back as a DC next year.

But we have Jalen Hurts.... that trumps everything.

My top 3... without being in order... Wilbert,  Watters and Westbrook.

In any situation you could play those guys.

Some would probably say Shady for the flash...but there is a reason those guys won playoff games and Shady basically was a bench warmer for his playoff wins.   Gotta block, run routes, get tough yards, short yardage situations...etc.

I like these 3 guys.  Duce had the heart, but not the talent.  Garner and Shady the flash, not the all around ability.   Byers tough, but not the runner.   Gotta be those 3 since 1970.

https://bleacherreport.com/articles/10082185-roster-holes-eagles-must-fill-before-training-camp  Same 3 I see. Y'all know I wanted a WR in the draft, but with few picks I can see why we left that. I have been saying all along the room is still weak IMO . Joe also mentioned he wanted that 3rd receiver either TE or WR. Both would be nice

Mentioned Higgins some time ago. Think he would be a nice asset to add. He can play slot and run -plays out of the backfield. He's not ancient at 28. I'd sign him to a 3

Dallas fans.... absolutely clueless about the salary cap.

I never said I wanted him back. I just pointed out a fairly plausible scenario where he could come back next year.
