So 1 run of 24 yards in one game(SB or not) is a "gash"? I need to write that down. To me getting gashed would be one RB rushing for 210 yds and 3 TD's. I would call that a gash, not one run of 24 yards. And while I would not be happy for the 24 yard rush, RB's will break one every game usually. The idea is to limit those. So 75 yards or whatever isn't all that impressive to me from a RB offensive standpoint. The "gash" was it can at a bad time, that was on us not because of the superior RB play. Noe can we move on the this year coming up???? We lost the SB,it's in the books. It's not going to change

Without Pacheco rushing like he did…our D makes them one dimensional. Then we had a chance.

So 1 run for 24 yards was the entire SB??? It all hinged on that???? NOT

Hurts didn’t have the bread and butter rushing from anybody else to counter the D coverage. Forced to use No RB backfields even. It definitely matters how both teams operated.

We had a big lead at 1/2 time?????? We were doing it all wrong for the first 30 minutes????? KC adjusted,we didn't. Siri was outcoached. Everyone bashes me for asking for 31 PPG. Turns out that would have been enough sans the free 7 we gave KC. So having 31 PPG get me bashed, but what was the final SB score? Were both teams over 31 PPG?

Think he was the best guy left out there at LB.We’ll see how things play out. But I would have given him a shot over Jack and Cunningham though.

WHy?

ASG I never put a label on anybody because of their draft position. Well that’s not true. Expectations are much higher for high picks. Just the way it goes because of the investment.

You lost me here, this in essence is  word salad LOL

Taylor already has familiarity with Siri also. I liked Sanders more than Siri did. So obvious he wasn’t staying around. Think Taylor is the exact style that Siri would love to have.

Wasn't about :like,it was about spending a huge amount on a RB which Howie will avoid EVERY time. We pumped Sanders numbers up for his contract year because????

Jonathan Taylor was the league leading rusher. So we all learned his name from exceptional play.

vs easy opponents. You seem to forget this alot

I thought they might move to the PAC 12 since there's no one left

Demarcus Murray was also the leading rusher the year before he came to the Eagles. They ran him into the ground.

I think that's one of the reasons i'm so skeptical about signing big names for big dollars.

BTW i wouldn't want Derrick Henery for exactly that reason

I can understand that view point and skepticism.

On a bright note after redshirting his freshman year my grandson will finally make his NCAA debut at Oklahoma State in Stillwater on September 2nd.

Now a 6'5" 260 pound TE

Sick! Big time!

24 yard romp on us to start the game was significant. Then they hit Kelce a couple of times and scored the TD.

We obviously watch the games differently.

Try and follow along. I noted each drive and how the run opened up the passing game for them.

So 1 long running play did us in? We're in HUGE trouble then. Despite that "romp" he was mediocre at best after that?

Again we got the ball first. So we should have lead by a score. But we got that Field Goal just before the half. To be up ten. They got the ball to start the second half. So it evened out and they scored a TD on it.

Isn't that true for any game with any team and what all teams try to do???? Isn't establish the run like the #1 goal of every team every week???

Anyway if you call a 24 yard rush, with what, 75 yards total being GASHED I have swamp land for you. 210 yards would be gashing not 75 LOL

Because Sanders was clearly so much more dangerous a weapon.

Taylor is at 4,3 mil I think. Being too cheap.

Just an assumption, but once again(and you have no way of knowing this other than conjecture) you're changing the subject we were talking about the KC RB. And if Sanders got hurt no team would sign him to the big contract would they? And if no team signed him to the big contract how would that affect the comp pick?

It’s like 2018 all over again. Just didn’t appreciate what all those RBs accomplished that year. Then went super cheap and the position fell off hard.

I think he is worth more also, but it's what Howie thinks not us
