You  need someone to get beat up the last preseason game.

Maybe, but with crap QB play,it will be difficult to sort the last WR/ and bu TE views. You can't judge what never happens

Depends on if you want to be emotional or strategic.  Doing business emotionally is a bad idea.

With the sustained injuries already I would rather we open up a roster spot to bring in someone else and get them acclimated  CB/LB

The last spots won't be decided in the game. They will know before via all the practices.

90 guys isn't enough?  They already will have to cut down, now you want to add the 14th CB... just to get rid of Book before he gets the garbage reps.   Thr last preseason game...all those defensive players wanting to get something on tape...  you want McKee out there to possibly take shots for no reason?

Just incase the Eagles are stupid enough to keep Book over a guy who clearly has been the 2nd best QB so far?

The Eagles paid Mariota,  they used a draft pick on McKee...  Books was never in the plans...camp body, fodder, tackling dummy... whatever terrm you want to use.

Last year they didn't invest in QB with " Shew" here... this year they liked McKee, so they made the investment.

Book is gone...right after getting beat up next game.

IDK that it's bad business to get a last look at your BU WR's. Can't do that if passes dont get there or the Qb takes sacks

Then why play the last pre game? If things are already decided just forfeit and go home

At this point I would put mar out there and protect McKee LOL. Book can hand out gatorade

Yeah.... look at them with hours of practice getting reps with Hurts and the better QBs.

Last game is for getting players reps on tape for when they get cut.

Agree... been a waste of time for years... but the answer is the usual...they play to make money.

Probably see Mariota for a drive... McKee for a little ... Book and or if they have another QB ..finish the game.

Young guys play differently in real games, you know that by now. Practice is practice, for guys on the bubble you need to know. Guys like Sermon who messed up and could use another "prove it game" DB's that are on the bubble also, but on offense you need a QB not a guy that takes sacks and throws errant passes

I know they talked about going to 2 pre games after they went to the 17 game season

before bass I played piano,I practiced alot. I played well in front of mom. When we had the first recital,I didn't play well. A few more and I got more comfy. Same with some young guys. They need to be in a game vs people other than their team mates JMO. i can watch guys run patterns in pratice for years, but how do they do in real games? if you aren't sure of your choices yet you need to know. Sermon needs to play again. COuld be the decider if he stays or goes.same with bubble WR's/TE's and you need a semi competent QB to know

I'm reading that alot of teams are playing their 1's for 3-4 series

So what do you do. Zech is out now,do you play Ricks to get him game experience,or do you pull him because you don't want him hurt?

Guys on the bubble... including the OL protecting our QB....and the DL looking to make plays.    I don't need any QB that I want to keep in that situation.

Who are your CBs ....to where you think they are locks to make the roster?

You don't think playing in front of the coaches, GMs, owners ....where they tape everything now... is enough.

I think there is a group of fans that need to think every second they can watch is important.  They need to be part of the process.

I'm not one of them... just get it over with and move on.

So do you play Ricks for more experience or hold him out so he doesn't get hurt? There is no wrong answer,it's the coaches call

CB Greedy was cut.... along with the other punter.

I don't claim to be part of the process, but as a fan yeah I like to see ALL the players play. I finally got a decent look at Sermon

Idk where he fits... is he a lock to make it.  If so .... he should sit

Ham wasn't a greedy fan. I had no opinion. Still hope they try another punter/shanker LOL
