Yeah, they need these guys to play the last preseason game so nobody else gets hurt.

Maybe they should quit pre altogether. Alot of players went down this time,2 went out on boards and Jimmy Graham(the once decent MO TE) had to be constrained(although IDK if he took a hit. Seems more players gettiing hurt AFTER all the rule changes and "safety protocol"

I am 67 today. If I make 69 I will be screwed(lol)

I think they just make more of a big deal about the injuries today

I expect in the future when I am gone,to look down on the Linc and watch your grandson in Kelly green, score the TD that puts Dullaz out of the playoff race annually LOL. Thanks for the Bday wish my friend

Thanks Joe. I lost 50 years somewhere,I still think like I am 22. It's weird when you get old. You'll see someday. You don't know you're old,it just happens,in 1 day, and you never really accept it. Whatever you want to do,make sure you do it before 55,that's when I started the downhill run.

That may be,but the old guys were TOUGH,played through broken noses and teeth. Blood stained unis you don't see anymore and they played on. They really were WARRIORS, mens men,not spoon fed millionaires to be coddled. I will always miss that aspect of the game. It truly was WAR on the field of play.of course the talent has risen greatly, but I will miss the brute terror of the on field play. And they battled for $300.00 game. Progress

Daughter on the way home from the rock HOF(in Cleveland for the wedding of my first ex's sister),she will get home at 630 and is taking me to dinner at 730 LOL. OH how I miss the YOUTH. But she's a trooper. I will miss alot of the Saints game. That team interests me because I want to see how the rebuild is going. I suppose there will always be a soft spot for one of my fav QB's and humanitarians in Drew Brees. he just faded into the woodwork, but he was such a good QB. like Brady, most said he would never make it.

BTW accolades to Darren Sproles. He did so much for the "little kids". He proved with diligence and hard work you could make it in the NFL. We are witnessing that resurgence. hose kids that watched him and had a dream, because they were small and were told they could not make it in the big leagues. We're seeing those type scat backs more and more. Those sub 200 pounders are following the Sproles dream. It's fun to see this for me because Sproles started it all. Maybe also why I have a soft spot for NO.Anyway,I will record the game so I can watch what I miss. I should catch the 4th 1/4. I also gotta say it won't be long until Seattle is back in the groove of contention. Saw some sharp young guys last night. anyway back to the birds LOL

LB's dropping like flies. Howie needs to stop this BS "tradition" and get some young LB's in here. I'm with Ham on this point. Enough is enough. I want Trotter jr drafted next draft(like Howie will listen LOL)

Let’s see if Rosie can address the LB room with any more want to be plumbers? I’ve been hoping he doesn’t follow through this whole season so lowly prioritizing the LB room. You know….brings in an actual LB.

Dang, Noah Ellis was cut after suffering injury. He was looking like a real option as the backup Nose.

I think Seatttle wins the West this year.

The consensus from the local media... Dean and Ellis both looking really good.   They both made some plays vs Cleveland and looked really aggressive.

That's about as young as it gets.

I think Dean, Ellis and Cunninham are his guys.

Just heard Jason Peters wants to continue career....I know he liked to gamble in AC a lot but didn't realize he needs the money this bad.

I think in a few years we will be hearing about his tragic tale of not managing the $$$.   Sad.

Dean was a great pick up,if he can stay on the field, first high pick in awhile because he was a bargain where he was. Eliss is gone. 1 injured LB on the cheap is not really addressing the position IMO. I hope Dean works out,we need him badly. It's not like Howie went apeshit and overloaded at LB

So, like Jack, Cunningham was a cap casualty.

Also like Jack, Cunningham cannot be counted on as a playmaker. The 28-year-old has zero interceptions and two forced fumbles since the start of the 2019 season. Cunningham’s career passer rating while targeted numbers are not great:

2018 — 103.2
2019 — 107.4
2020 — 126.0
2021 — 107.6
2022 — 96.2

Cunningham’s PFF grade from last year would put him 53rd out of 91 players.

And so it’s not like these linebacker signings suddenly relieve all concerns about the Eagles’ linebacker position. But Howie Roseman is throwing some more options at the wall to see if something sticks.
