Obviously anybody selling something comes out with their highest possible dream offer. The Colts threw out a first round pick….or pick package. Tells you from the jump that a second gets the deal done. A third possibly wins the day.

Like if we gave Penny permission to seek a trade….we’d say we expect a sixth rounder in return. But realistically would take just a nice edible arrangement to seal the deal. Or maybe a team could offer a celebrity appearance for Lurie’s next autism event.
