Where do we sacrifice for that?   Be curious to see .

3 should be good. But Swift and Penny durability forces 4.

Logically I would.I mean if we're going to make another run it would be tough to do losing 2 RB's down the stretch

Then you add a guy. But Sermon should be on the PS. Just call him up.

Nah…just showing that Siri just didn’t like him. Sanders showed he could catch. But Siri didn’t use him at all there. I mean look at Sanders receiving stats rookie year. It’s just dumb to say a guy that went for that much receiving can’t be used in the passing game.

Sanders will be put in position to prove he was worth the deal this year.   Much like his rookie year when the bar around him was low.  He caught a few balls...nobody said he couldn't catch.  Consistency and improving wasn't there.

Just curious as to why you seem to talk up Sanders so much?   I don't recall him being so high on your list early on.   What about him really makes you hold him in such high regard?

What stands out about him...  I never saw durability,  stand out in breaking tackles,  shifting,  blocking,  route running, catching...etc?

Not a bad RB at all.  But don't get the admiration this guy got from some of our fanbase..  is it because he was a Penn State guy?   Really just nothing special that I see where there will be any drop off as a unit.

I didn't feel confident In our run game because of him.  He was the definition of irrelevant to me.

Then you risk him getting poached. We didn't do it last year why would we this year?

You want our 5 RB's or would you trade them all away for Sanders?

I don’t want 5 freaking RBs. Dumb. So many other positions.

Penny is an excellent back(watch some film),his issue is playing 17 games

He’s had some hot streaks for sure. But when you watched that film….maybe you noticed how good Seattle run blocks. They might be the best!

I would rather keep Sermon on than WR6

We don't have as good or better O line????

Notice how Seattle just keeps plugging in the next runner. They all look great.

So our Oline sucks?

But can we run for ten yards in three plays? Not just doing it sometimes. Can we run…when the whole stadium knows we will run.

So what changed..  RG and RB.   What has your concerned.

Stats have no bearing? Guys get bought and sold based on stats, please

Of course. Not saying it doesn’t help players get paid. I’m talking about winning football games here. What’s really important.

You felt Sanders was good in situational football.   Like it was him that just gave you confidence in the running game?  But now it's gone?

I'll give you my doubt about the running game...it's RG.

Obviously, it proved out when we lost the SB. Sanders couldn’t operate. RB was dead. Went empty backfield instead.

RB 1)  140 YPG 2 TD's  RB2)    32 YPG 1 TD  Who's your guy? Which guy wins you more games?

It's not new,maybe we haven't had it in while,but it's not new,remember Sproles?

Just talking about from Siri …here. Teams studied us hard. We need to add new wrinkles from last season.

We accomplished that last season also. But would be much more difficult for us if we have to throw when killing the clock.

Not if you feel confident thst the QB is the legit top level guy.

Idk...on one hand you talk up Hurts like nobody else I've seen...even have him as part time GM.... now you are concerned if we have to pass.   The ball should be in your best players hand.

Believe what they noticed was how much room is created underneath from our three WR. So a RB can thrive after they clear out.

Why we added Swift???? And we got a basher back besides that.

When Dickerson and Mailata dominate their two guys….I want the RB to take it to the house. Or a huge play. That’s the difference we’ll see what happens now. Penny maybe goes beserk…hopefully. Gainwell it’s a 8 yard gain.

Like college ball.

RB 1) 140 YPG      RB2) 32 YPG which RB you taking?

I’ll take the guy that gets me the first down to win the game…right now.

So it's basically the complete offense every teams dreams about

Don't most teams go with 4?

If you need 3rd and 1 back consistently you have a serious offensive problem

Is it a change for just the last 2 years?  Other than Sproles... or early Westbrook.... when have we seen 2 RBs on the field at the same time?   Much more for these reporters who see the team every day for years than just the Siri tenure.

That stuff flashes...things you haven't seen in a long time ...if ever.

I’m just thinking of passing to the RBs in all forms. New wrinkle for Siri here.

Agree... now instead of having just Gainwell on those key downs, we added 2 more guys.   We assume that's when Penny gets the nod....similar to Jordan Howard in 2021. When the unit was better.
