I think the Dolts played their starters for the 1st quarter last night and i'd be willing to bet the ST players are pretty much set by now

I was never talking about the draft!   Not at one point.   You brought that up on your own.    Completely off topic.

My point is the Eagles will choose to ... Keep... retain... roster.... put on the 53 or PS...   based upon how these fringe players did during this offseason, which culminated with camp. 

They aren't going to pick Cleveland or Ngata based of their college film.    Their college film heled get them here ...now it is irrelevant for keeping them.

You have a resume ....that is a factor in getting you a job interview. 

The job interview gets you the job.

College film no doubt is a key part of the resume.    The job interview is the what they did in camp.   That's what is going to decide the fate of these fringe players.

You said decisions weren't made based on film and that is a false statement. yes once they GET here they see how they will do.Once again if a player ON FILM has BETTER FILM from college and all things are equal you keep the player with the better film NO MATTER WHAT THEY DO IN AUGUST if you feel they have a higher ceiling here and you can bring them along and IDC if that's a UDFA even,so we disagree.

IDK couldn't watch the game because of effing Amazon. IDK how much time Sermon played vs their 1's or if we had 3rd string O line in vs their 1's. So let the staff do their jobs. if Sermon gets cut it's because we have better RB's

So at this point for deciding on Tuesday..  the Eagles are going to sit down and watch college film of Cleveland and Ngata...and that is going to help make their decisions on Tuesday.  

Because I've been talking ONLY about Tuesday.  Nothing else.

So after a month of seeing guys live... and play against your first string players...  for over a month.    

Also with the opportunity to see first hand how the player is off the field 

You think what those players did vs college guys ... a year or two ago is going to matter?

You see 2 guys run and jump and move in person for an entire camp. See them compete against legit competition... but film from college is going to tell you who to keep?

I think you put too much on college play and preseason games.  Not enough on the hours and hours of work that these guys put in together during the offseason practices...etc.

They film practices now...every drill etc.  That's the film that could impact...  not how they did vs Appalachian Tech State.

Hey..check out the film we have the whole month of camp...that happened just now against NFL level players.   Out of these guys...who should make the team... i think that matters.

I don't think anyone is going to watch and rewatch any of the college film at this point.    I hope not.  We are in trouble if the coaches need to do that over what they have experienced this grueling offseason.

Hey you see how Ngata was able to do this vs Slay, Bradberry, Maddox and the Cbs from Indy and Cleveland.   Here is the film on his camp.    

But wait....  look at Cleveland in this game vs Eastbumble University last year... he owned that CB who played football to help get his degree.   

Forget all this work against NFL guys... that Eastbumble CB is what matters now.

We have to make decisions on all these players now....what should I do... go back and watch their college film.   

Because....you see this attribute... even though it didn't show up right in front of our own eyes here fir the last month in camp...it sure shows up vs Eastbumble last year.
