Wouldn't be surprised to see some more players like Sermon put on IR

Siri seems to like him and he played with some unknown QB in Oklahoma named Jalen Hurts. Ham hates the guy.

Then he can't play this year

CF = center field.... SS = shortstop... those are baseball positions where you see young guys because it's a young man's position...just like RB.   Simply because of what the position needs to do...you need youth and movement to avoid being tackled

SS is Strong Safety

Because his first round picks were bad picks

Must be why we have one of the top O lines and D lines in the league. One of the top WR tandems in the league. We lost a step drafting your boy Reagor(yeah that pick was AWFUL) We "gave up" a  RB (or your boy at S) for AJ and drafted Smith(because of the Reagor screw up) Pretty good I would say. So at what point do you draft a RB with all the other needs we had at the time? Some had Richardson for us,but Howie chose to keep the lines as some of the best. You have to sacrifice something for something else and hindsight is always great. Before I start screaming for a RB can we see how Penny and Swift do with THIS team? Apparently you don't trust the staff to make FA acquisitions? Howie doesn't covet LB's or RB's,he will find them in FA. S maybe the same,so you can keep bishing because that is not changing,so you will always have a complaint at your doorstep. Yet,after Howies SELF ADMITTED failure at drafting,he went out and did the work he needed to do and has been drafting great(ask the other GM's) since. Once he gets the team intact with some longer term pieces he will find a RB if there is no other position that needs addressed(and again that won't be at LB or S). You are really going to complain at Howies last few drafts and got us to the SB and will probably get us back there again? But we don't have a RB? That's all you got?

Because he doesn't like the one guy dominating the usage.

It's not a difficult concept.

1.  Look at the stats... more players with 1000 receiving yards than rushing yards

2. Teams with the top single rushers don't translate into wins... but you look at the top QBs, DLs, OLs, WRs... they translate into wins.

It's a passing league... has been evolving that way for a while.   There are still fans that like " flash" plays from RBs and think that translates to wins.

Look no further than the local kid from ND... he had good success in college..  running behind Nelson and McGlinchey was obviously the reason.

Just silly to invest too much in RB in this era... won't translate.

Add LB Quinton Bell to the bye bye list

No…because they were bad picks…never amounted to anything.

Sanders was Pro Bowl rusher last season…we grabbed a few wins last year.

Wow…Saints backup K had the leg to hit the 60 yarder he just tried…but was just right of the post.

Sanders was forced the ball...no impact.  Rushed better the year before. The passing game kinda made the difference last year right?

AJ and year 2 of Smith.

Because he used the committee for 2 decades and won.  That's the style he prefers...similar to your boy in KC.

You look at KC, New England and the Eagles....and the success they had.  Why would you want a bell cow RB instead.....especially when looking at the lack of success they had the last couple of decades?

Hawai'i/vandy could go into OT. Fun game to watch

BTW there is a P battle in GB. IDK anything about them, but whomever they cut could be worth a look

Irsay is getting more leverage to keep him.   Which IMO has been his goal all along.

Any news on Queen?

He is overvaluing himself and making himself look stupid. After this year he will be offered even less LOL
