P he hasn’t brought in one legit starter over three years either

We’ve traditionally unearthed P from all over the place. He hasn’t identified a single decent P still. Replaced Sipposs when injured with a really terrible option. Siposs won originally over terrible competition. Then brought in this kid this year to compete and upgrade the job. Just no way it was thought of franchise wide that just competition was being brought in at P this offseason.

Siposs stinks. Also choked in the big moment. Moving on.

You can’t consistently underachieve at your job and fold in big moments. No use for  that kind of player.

Siri says the ST's improved as the yr went on - was hard to get any worse? Still we finished 31st in ST's and disasterous SB. I wish we would have moved on.

We had to even invest more in ST specific players to be added each year. Basically having to overcommit to ST specific players to overcome the bad ST coach.

Still didn’t cover and make the tackle in coverage in the Sb

Giving him extra talent to achieve….while he brings no real positive results. Can’t just carry the dead weight on the team.

The coverage stinking while the GM blatantly ignored and released all good ST player …could be a reasonable excuse for poor results. GM having to be handicapped carrying even more ST specific players ….and still can’t get the job done? Not good

ST coach…find a P. From anywhere. Get it done. Identify a soccer player…something. Find a return man. From anywhere. Get it done. Three years can’t hide behind no opportunity to achieve success.

For goodness sake at least make a terrible P kick it out of bounds. Why has he ever punted a catchable ball?

Thirty yard no hangtime P out of bounds at least won’t kill us

Am I describing rocket science level understanding here? Find players that work. If things are so shaky that Siposs has to do the job…why not just punt out of bounds?

Rosie, Siri and ST bad coach to blame by now. Punt it out of bounds. 

ST coach sucks to where he can’t come up with any good answers. But Siri and Rosie should have at least thought of this by now…geez

Field goals carried the unit completely. Elliott is a stud. So having his excellence be contributed to ST is a huge boost to otherwise lacking units. But the coverage wasn’t getting it done initially so obviously Rosie specifically brought in more ST only specific help.

Ellis mostly was the addition, right? That’s with already rostering and dressing a full number of ST specific players that should have covered it already.

Can’t possible spin ST much at all positively. Just like you stated…was the worst and terrible. So they had to improve from that a tiny bit.

Funny you say this. .  They were talking about the roster and how in 3 years they haven't given the coach much to work with. 

  I remember the same complaint about Fipp...then all of a sudden better players and he became a good coach...lol.  

But that SB P was a clear low moment.

It’s up to the coach to identify and unearth talent. ST more so than any other positions. No investment was needed to bring in a decent P. What….we solely blaming Rosie on the ST performance  now? Nope….Rosie had several ST studs rostered for him. Even went extra to bring in additional ST stud because the ST coach wasn’t getting it done with the normal compliment of ST devoted players.

If you are a top ST NFL coach? Best in the land job. If you can’t bring in any guys that succeed doing those jobs you stink.

The supposed excuse would revolve around that the GMs fault for not identifying and spending enough money or draft capital on returners, gunners and a P?
