Best ever Joe Montana…followed by Steve Young. Best ever WR in Rice they went to.

We aren’t in any position to look down on the Niners at QB over the years.

We have nothing to compare to the history of decisions there.

Our QB decision history is bleak. WR too really.

Yes they struggled recently…while still being highly successful mostly still.

But got their guy now.

Our success via record, playoffs,  superbowl appearances, SUPERBOWL wins.... plus our better draft assets and much better cap situation going forward put us ahead.

The fact complaints are about a punter vs a QB is also telling.   The fact they need to go back 30 years ... very telling.

The now? Our ST coach sucks! Have new coordinators on both sides calling plays. Lost some key talent from last years squad. Have key older players a year older….BG had one of his best seasons last year. Can’t possibly expect his age to keep going up on that. Kelce can’t perform better this year than before. Lane can’t! Fletch can’t! Slay looked possible hitting the old man hill last season to most. Very unlikely he actually improves with aging more. Bradberry was fantastic! Can’t improve on that ….especially age won’t help his recovery or skills to do so.

CMC is the best RB in the league. Huge! Warner is the best LB in the league! Huge!

Can blast our Oline as the best all day long. But against the Niners Dline? Check mark of advantage goes to them.

We purposely shorted and had lowest priorities to both these positions. Niners actively got the best at them.
