Is it not obvious that it's a sign they are looking for a punter?  They only have a certain group to choose from right?

What’s obvious is our P going on his third season doesn’t have to be protected from being poached. Nobody else will take him.

Otherwise..  LSU, FSU, UFE, YOU, and any other initials for a college team... we would have to wait a year for them to be eligible.

Idk what happened behind the scenes.  I thought they are a dime a dozen....apparently they don’t seem to be that good.   

If you look at the stats...if our guy averaged another 4 feet, he would be in the top half of the league.  

That's kinda been my point all along.  Ray Guy isn't in the league right now. Let alone available

Every other team isn’t poaching our P from the PS. Should be a very clear sign of reality for you.

Over the last six games of Siposs first season he was the worst P in the league. Averaging 2 1/2 yards less than everybody. Some how the team concluded that was the guy to not even bring in competition for the next season.

On the plus side he was fairly good about not kicking into the endzone…of course he just didn’t have enough leg to possibly do it…,but that’s the positive.

31 teams don’t feel our P is better…or they’d already have picked our guy up and switched. Siposs isn’t even the 32nd best P around. There is some kickboxer in Thailand that can out punt our guy. Just look around and learn to identify a guy of quality.

They aren’t cap strapped. Just very difficult negotiating with a player that you just stated are willing to pay over 30 mil per to. The largest team contracts are a huge part of dealing with the salary cap. I’d think you would have already realized this.

I love how you(No Mas) try to spin the Niners and Cowboys as it being such a negative on their behalf that they need to sign a D player for being the best guy around. 

Remember that Siposs got into the NFL by being on the Lions PS three times. That’s where Clay found him and molded him into the third year starter he is today.
