I don’t understand this RB room situation going on. Scott is a better football player than a Gainwell. They traded for Swift. Penny jumped to come here. The heavy dose of Gainwell was painful after the opening script.

Not sure how the responsibilities are breaking down here on O. Johnson calling plays. Singleton is the RB coach. Siri the O guy that’s HC. So who is screwing the pooch so hard on the RB rotation and touches?

Get the RB…take pressure off Hurts. I’m all in favor of Hurts just avoiding hits any way he can. I’ll lose the first down conversion for him to not take the punishment. Lose a few games if it means he isn’t getting beat up too much.

Niners rolled. Cowboys rolled. Time for some fans here to come back to reality with this team. Just not as good as last season. But hoping to improve as the year goes along.

Eagles only ran the ball 25 times and 9 of those were by Hurts.

BTW how many rushing yards were we "gashed" for? OH 76,total armageddon LOL. Joe was closest with 80-90. I had 100-110,Ham never DID answer the question LOL

They do that in college games. We did NOT get gashed by any reason in the running game,can't say that about the passing game where they actually DID gash us. The D played,the offense failed to show up. Goedert? people took a fantasy beating on his stats. I had Hurts and he killed me in that league. HUGE offensive failure by all accounts. So either the O line stunk to high heaven(because of those recently married guys) OR the play calling was so awful and whomever that was should be put on probation. We cannot afford another disastrous showing like yesterday. Make all the points you want,it's not like we don't know them. BTW I voted for Elliott as the game MVP in the above link. Were there ANY,ANY stats from the slot spot???? if so I don't recall them. Hurts looked like a Bradford statue clone,sad display

I just love how you place blame on everyone but Hurts…. Our ground game wasn’t great the OL didn’t block well but that’s why we paid 250m for the QB.

Honestly though the only two players that didn’t look bad on offense was Smith and AJ but they were limited by bad QB play

I’m not over reacting though not with how bad so many team’s offenses looked week 1… but not going to sit here and act like our 250m QB didn’t look bad either or give him excuses he got paid that chapter has sailed he doesn’t get excuses anymore

You are correct at 3.86,he got 5.0 based on this catches(aka total yards). So not sure what to think about that. 3.86 is not good,so I will admit my error,but overall 5.0 isn't bad. Obvious to me we should have passed more to him??? I know things were harder in the rain,but that's football and to sit your basher back in a rain game is very stupid(sorry Siri you blew that call)

Will say being on a short week not sure how much we improve on offense outside of some of the early season rust knocked off.
