Where did the TE factor in this. . Maybe look at him when he is wide open...  coverage scheme doesn’t matter if they leave a guy wide open....but the QB will actually have to look.

Players were the first to say it. Listen to them. Bellicheat was confusing the reads by the receivers and the QB. So if a WR, or in this case a TE, has a different read than the QB…he’s heading in a different direction than the QB is expecting. Coverage scheme absolutely matters. This isn’t pee wee football. Not all just a play called and they run one certain route and that’s it. There are reads involved and built in. You gotta give Bellicheat his credit on creating some confusion.

I agree with that last sentence. Failed to bring in a quality enough RB to pair with Swift. But still going by the same mistake proven in the SB failure…Gainwell over Scott. Gainwell shouldn’t be ahead of Scott. Only area he really is better than Scott is blocking.

I mean week 1 vs a stout patriot front, an OL that didn’t block well and zero threat from our passing game…. Not going to run well on any team if all they are focused on is the run

Patriots were ranked 7th in rushing yards allowed last year..   tied for 4th in yards per carry allowed...AR 4.1 yards

Where were we ranked in rushing offense?

It again think every needs to take a step up we had a terrible week Hurts looked awful, OL looked shaky, RBs didn’t do great. Just all around bad… but little to no preseason for the guys first game back terrible conditions let’s see how we look Thursday and especially week 3 after a long rest and two games under our belt

Come on.... the first drive was good....all Gainwell.   If that was Sanders...the excuse would have been that we stopped getting him the ball.

I'm a passing guy myself.  3rd down you gotta make passes to keep the ball.

It's NFL football...not college where you can just run over everyone.   Last 2 years were some awful competition. That's not normal.   To win this year...just like the SB..  they will need to pass the ball on key plays.

Actually didn’t Hurts run for two long first down conversions. Yes Gainwell did look pretty decent on that first drive that was picked out and scripted. After that he didn’t keep us on schedule. Didn’t even try other RBs. Can only put the problem on Gainwell. Scott and Swift, the better options, weren’t given carries.

Poor blocking?, zero passing game threat? Definitely more then just putting the blame solely on Gains. Last I checked definitely more to running the ball then just solely the RB team sport and all

Lame,so lame and clueless they had to cut off his press conference for rambling on with non sentences. He can't coerce or convince anyone to do anything, totally useless, but I understand some people are slower than others. Worst president in history, turned us into a banana republic,He's probably trying to convince someone to export the bananas. Get real. My post was not political,it was about disrespect and I would have said the same thing no matter who it was.Yes, back to football

Which country was it again caught smuggling their cocaine through bananas shipments again?

Nope,I agree both should be gone

The idea that either side isn’t working for mostly the same interests is short sighted. Democrat or republican, which side do you believe isn’t working for the pharmaceutical industry, oil, bankers…..?

I believe a clear large factor being just not playing together all PS. Siri goes with the learn as we go through the real season games. Won against the Lions last season. Did it again this season. Both closer than may would like. But NFL it’s just about the win… no style points given.

Agree it’s a team sport. But having the plan of solely going with the third string talent level RB is a big factor.

Yes, after 1 week, in the heavy rain,we've already failed. Fold up the tent, we're done. SO how were those hot stats put up by Sanders in Carolina?. This BS coming from the same guy who predicted we would get "GASHED" in the running game 🤣

You’ve repeated quoting me with ‘gashed’ so repeatedly. Never said it about this game. I mentioned Pacheco gashed is for a couple of key plays last season during the SB. So please stop endlessly misquoting me…if you are capable.

I'm not going back 50 pages, you clearly said the Pats would gash us,back when I was asking for numbers you refused to post.

Our whole offense looked like 3rd string talent did we not watch the same game? I’m sorry I’m just not overreacting to how bad we were week 1 and definitely not placing blame on just Gains.

Did you see the Hurts repeat of the fumble again? Is this going to be commonplace now? That brronze statue you have of him,you need to cut the ball out of his hand and place it on the ground

Also if Gains is 3rd string talent that not a great sign then since he clearly outclassed the rest of our RBs all PS and camp hence why he is the 1st man up

Nah,it's all Gains fault 🤣 Forget the fact Hurts couldn't find Goedert in a phone booth LOL. Hurts never DID establish any passing game consistently, nor did he use the legs that got him the big loot, time to cruise now

Nope…never said gashed. Misquote from you attributed towards me. But what’s new?
