You actually are pointing to what I clearly described as a weakness for Hurts….and use that as evidence towards the opposite? My take was Hurts has a weakness looking towards TE. You say " this shows I can’t give an honest assessment.” Backwards logic If I’ve ever heard before.

You don't blame him....you can't ever say....in the moment he messed up.  It's a BS excuse from college after he just targeted Goedert 6 times per game for 111 catches and 1532 yards the last 2 years.

If that is a weakness..then look around the league and see how many TEs have that production the last 2 years?

In the moment Hurts messed up...say it.  It's not hard.

I think it's a more difficult physical play to make that catch....then to simply miss wide open guys multiple times.  When it's the same guy...it's a little concerning.

Remember when the narrative was the previous QB didn't look at certain WRs?   With the $250 mil... Hurts should at least be held to that standard.

I mean you thought the other guy had to be a " savior" ...now we pay Hurts double and because he didn't have a TE in college that's an excuse?

I didn’t need Wentz to be a savior. I pointed out how your boy Rosie was floundering and the team was going down hill. The whole time. Not just in hindsight. Still understood how moving to Hurts was the right move over Wentz. Was the almost the only one then. If I am now still? So be it. I’ll stick by my own opinions until I hear reasonable other opinions that make sense. I’m open minded and will consider changing my views if I’m given reason to reconsider. Wentz is gone though….from the league even!

Arod gone for the year-confirmed

Pro Bowl RB sucks. No agenda being forced by you here at all.

When forcing him the ball leads to worse results for the team...it's not good. He brings nothing special..he got stats because they gave him the ball too much. Look at his performance in the game that mattered.

Dallas manages the cap well...because they have RBs and LBs.

Back to back posts where you still show that you don’t respect the cowboys or Niners this season. Facts are pointing to them likely being better than us right now. Sucks! I hate to say it. But somebody has to point towards reality here. Niners and Cowboys look like the two best teams in the NFC…maybe entire league. Your view of terrible they do things versus how brilliant everything Rosie does is based purely on bias. Rosie does do some things well. Our O did do some things well week one…even Hurts. But the other guy did some things well also. Everybody getting paid…not just Hurts.

You said...." I wanted Wentz to be the savior "   that was your term.  Now you deny it now.  Ridiculous.

Dude... week 1. Relax a bit there.  We have Hurts.

I wonder if Purdy or Dak throw the ball to  wide open Goedert?

LMAO you take everything literally. I have seen aliens, SO what does that have to do with "invisible TE's"?

He only takes it literally when it fits the agenda.  Otherwise he skips over when you literally say things that don't fit.

We all have been saying Hurts is the only problem.     You clearly didn't say WRs make little adjustments to their routes etc.

You mean the Drew Bree’s that was in his mid 30s with years under his belt lol 😂 yea they have all shown his caliber of vision at the same age… could argue some are even far better at the same age

I’m not sure if you are serious are just joking here? Hasn’t ever been another Drew Brees. Doubt there will be another. He was the best at what he did in those areas. He shut up all the naysayers that lined up overwhelmingly against him. Just like Hurts has….and it seems will need to again. One game Hurts plays one of the greatest games a player ever has. The next he struggles. Two posters here only see the fumble occurring by Hurts over all the rest.

Too many touches in a row.   He wanted to come out...they kept him in to go no huddle so NE couldn't sub.

If you have the committee...you gotta use it.   I still can't figure out why Penny wasn't in there.

They ran their best in 2021 when Howard was in the mix....Penny should be in there.

Yep, Penny in a rain game would be a must I would think. Agreed

Hurts Hating on your QB1 and team leader is what’s pathetic

I seem to remember a lot of hand wringing a year ago agter a close game with Detroit.

I'm not gonna get worried until they start to lose.

Does anyone disagree that Hurts has shown the ability to be good?

Dies anyone disagree that it doesn't mean he is above criticism when he plays poorly.

Is anyone concerned about previous performance over the future performance?

Does anyone give a crap about " I called it" crap?

I’m just overwhelmed by your such unbiased advice and assessment here. I will definitely take your agenda based statement here to look internally to try and "grow up.”

Dude... Hurts should retire now.. this way he can't ever be called out when he plays poorly.  ... like he just did.

Bit of a trend. Siri acknowledged. Which is key in my mind. But learning on the job trying to avoid injuries in a long season while walking away with the W….works for me. I can handle the ugly wins. No style points in pro football.

Did Hurts play well Sunday...yes or no.

Simple answer.  Did he contribute to the issues?

Where were the few " spectacular " plays?   A rollout to the right for a short pass we have seen a bunch of QBs make?  What was spectacular?

Zero was spectacular...the best thing he did was not throw an INT.  He did zero spectacular.

Wow the bar is getting low now.

Just seeming like the Niners and Cowboys curb stomping is a sign of how good a team they have put together this season. Now the Cowboys still have McCarthy as HC. So winning the SB isn’t going to happen. Dak can’t overcome McCarthy like ARod did. Once only though. All the other times the Pack had the best team they failed under McCarthy.

Clear Hurts Hater post. Not worthy of pointing out the obvious flaws in your search to push your agenda.

Clearly have problems fielding as good a team with so much backloaded contracts and dead cap weighing the team down. If you are pointing towards Hurts 6 million cap hit as reasoning we can’t field a hood enough team? You might as well give up all hope now. His cap hit won’t be getting lower. 6 mil cap hit is tiny for a QB. To use that as an excuse is a pathetic reach trying to be a Hurts Hater!

Not hating at all just reality who do you go out in sign on a short term deal l? Hurts is 6m this year that 13 next year then 22m that spikes to like 30+m after…. And you still have other guys you need to extend in that span as well.

So yea I do think Hurts contract even now factors in to who we can get unless you just wanted the cheap 1 year option but not many guys want that deal
