The NE game concerned me as they are supposed to not have a good team this yr. Their D behind BB is pretty reliable, both teams were able to rush Hurts and throw on us and we were unable to pass on either.

Davis is becoming more impressive in the pass rush - pretty quick for a big guy.

58,windy here right now,no rain, but the backside of the storm heading your way

Carter and Davis should be a focal point of the pass rush as they gain valuable experience. Cox still looks good for his age

Know it's not much compared to what you used to face in FL, more of a storm surge here, but thanks to the "neighbors" our basement floods - my only concern. Doubt the flood sensors can wake me up so will prolly get up around 2am to keep watch - NP for an insomniac, although ambien's been helping. Now the foot's healing a bit getting a little more exercise that helps

Haven't read the stats yet, don't know how many snaps Cox got. With bruised ribs wasn't surprised to see him play, just expected him to come in later. Love me some Bulldogs!

Wierd this thing having 2 games on MNF at the same time - NFL greed.

Why didn't the Eagles take an international player this yr? Does Mailata have a brother?

Hey, Siposs had a decent game - at least he didn't screw anything up. The anxiety hit a bit last night when he was up to kick.

Man, they're pulling up all the lobstah traps! Prices will go up so they can recoup losses. Amazing how industries use every excuse to raise prices but don't decrease them - greed.

May head down and watch the surf, prolly be some idiot surfers. Good luck, they've been warned we're not coming to get you!

2 buds of mine have boat yards, amazing how demanding and ignorant these part timers can be - no common sense

Dartmouth mens' basketball team filing to unionize. College sports just getting weirder. They already get free room, board, tuition. I worked 2 jobs while taking 18 cedits/semester, sometimes even adding a 3rd part time job. Now kids want everything given to them.

Al Michael welcomed everyone to the Vet

Nolan Smith and Sydney Brown not getting a real playing time. Still want to see Allen get a shot returning kicks

Fear is that Maddox has a torn pec and could miss the rest of the season… be a big blow to the secondary

We had games like that last yr when we couldn't get the passing game going, had to run then take our shot once we drew their secondary in. Still don't think our OC is NFL ready. The video peeps were horrendous, constantly using tight shots that didn't allow us to see the coverage or what was developing down field. Saw some slant and goes, mostly on replay. Were there crossing patterns, etc? Did not see Goedert up the middle that I can recall.

34 points

That's crappy, didn't expect injury news till Tues

Yes 34 pts - we can't keep depending on our opponents' mistakes, for which I'm extremely thankful

Well it's bad enough, just that FL is used to it, and we had codes and culverts and sloughs and drainage preps in place to handle some of it and such you don't. You can code all you want, but mother nature will always beat you if she wants. Irma went right over my head, that was 121 MPH(highest in my county). I lost one soffit panel and a fiberglas shed panel and that was it. yet even FL was unprepared for the one after I moved. Just total devastation. Made Irma look like a light breeze. I'm sure that will be cause for more code stiffening, but there is only so many new codes you can write, you aren't going to win that battle with nature

Don't know about everyone else and know it helped us last night, but the touchback rule is really screwed up. I could see if the fumble is recovered by the defending team in the EZ it would be a turnover and come out to the 25, but if the fumble goes thru the EZ I just don't agree that it's a turnover. Pretty sucky rule imo.

I remember that you wouldn't evacuate while we were all begging you to! Then again could have imagined you in your truck w/ 5 dogs at the time - who drives?

Thankful for these "easy" tuneup games early, would not want to face da boyz D right now
