I think that would be another nail in the coffin, but Press has done a lot more to earn his ticket out of town.

On a related note, Caplan just said on his pregame show that they have no idea who will be the RG. But he said Herbig is ready to go, so it is likely he will be out there.

I wouldn’t go that far think he is fine as the pass game coach think we have some good pass play designs we just aren’t executing

Another point that was made on their pregame show is that the Eagles are depending on their receivers to win too many individual matchups, instead of scheming them open. This could be why guys like JJAW are struggling so much (and even Reagor to some extent) and why Fulgham may see a dropoff. It could also explain why Carson is struggling so much.

I’m fine with this but Doug doesn’t seem like he plans to give up play calling anytime soon so new OC pass game coach whatever you want to call it means nothing... So to me next most important job is QB coach 

Though if we plan to get an real OC with play calling duties and if he gets fired I’m all for Anthony Lynn Chargers HC

Yeah,some think Duce could land a HC somewhere else. This would solve 2 problems. I don't see how it could be much worse at this point

Yeah,this is, ok I will say it -STUPID. These are/were PS players. They still have learning and  have seasoning to do. Asking them to win battles vs long time defensive starters 1 on 1 is madness. I'm with you, scheme these guys and give Wentz a damn throwing window. What's even more sad is that YOU and I KNOW this and they seem to "not get it"

2 ways to beat the Browns. They still tend to overpursue (or course they may not have to if our O line sucks). They are susceptible to shorter passes over the top of their LB's down the middle( that hasn't changed in 37 years). They can also be beaten by throwing a short pass just to the right of Lane and let the RB angle out towards the sideline by making that LB catch him,or forcing a S to come up. DO this awhile, then take you LONG shot down the right side and you should leave the S flatfooted

SO I am looking at the middle center and right side as their weakest links. DO not give up the run. Like the previous article said we need to get them behind. If we come out flat,it's going to be a long day by the lake

IDK with Press out,this would be a good time to try Duce at that spot.If he can handle that, I see no reason he can't be our OC whether the move is done NOW or off season.

What’s Duce doing???? Doug calls the plays this is Dougs offense of the offense is struggling Doug should be to blame... Think we put to much blame on the other coaches and not who should be at fault.

If Press is getting so much blame as the pass game coordinator why isn’t Stout getting just as much fault as the run game coordinator??? They essentially have the same roles in the O??? 

I 100% blame Press as the QB coach hence my consistent saying we need a new QB coach a guy who isn’t Wentz buddy

Yup, not my first choice, but it is probably better than having Opeta switch sides. Pryor will have to play better than he has, but he doesn't have to be great, just average.

The Browns DTs are a pretty big step down from the Giants, so he should be fine.
