This is likely not going to be a popular notion. But I suggest maybe pumping everything we have into the Jets in the Meadowlands. Be 6-0 with that experience on their turf fresh for any players that haven’t played on it several times before. Then taking a mini bye. Letting several key starters play little to no snaps. Think you need Kelce. Consider Dickerson and Lane along the Oline. Swift takes a week off. Hurts obviously. Cox probably about all on D. Considering a key piece being Dean hopefully coming back by the dallas game. Wr situation is much trickier. Maybe alternate early.

Bleacher Report’s Ryan Fowler has cooked up a trade proposal that would send Philadelphia’s 2024 second-round pick, its 2025 third-round pick and 24-year-old defensive lineman Marlon Tuipulotu to Arizona in exchange for Baker.

Also maybe trade Quez?

Honestly ,at this point, I think the trade would be Fletcher Cox. Selling him at pretty well a high. His last couple of seasons can be retiring out in the desert. Marlon has easily arguably a better future potential feedback. Cox could be sold as a second round pick. Marlon a fifth?

Could utilize Barnett a bit more inside. Along with my assumption about my boy Moro Ojomo getting it done some here. His first game this week. I really have no idea if he gets much playing time. But very excited to see this big dog get his opportunity.

249th pick..,let’s see what this kid can do!

Milton Williams 3rd round 2021zGot Tuipopluitu in the 6th in 2021. Traded up for Davis and Carter. Got Ojomo in the 7th.  Was this the complete draft answering of the DT position? In short order I’ll add.

Milton is hungry and eating! He’s a beast!

I obviously have been very high on Baker the whole time. So clearly give him all considerations.

My drum beating has been Patrick Queen first. Baker second. I have little doubts there are names being floated out there I haven’t even considered. So keeping an open mind.

If we think as big as we can for this year’s squad. Would adding Baker and Queen be what gets it done?

Absolutely changed up scheme some against the run. Carter and Davis playing healthy has clearly been an uptick for the run D. Personnel and scheme change somewhat here though obviously.

What's the scheme change?  Tell them to actually fight off blocks and make tackles?

It wouldn’t be cheap. But aren’t these those two missing pieces to put together a Championship Team? That and enjoy player health free from much major injuries.

Haven’t even been using the five man fronts like Gannon

Really quit a bit of scheme change

Jalen Carter is No. 3 among DTs in sacks and tied for No. 1 in pressures (per PFF). Also tied for No. 8 in hits. He's not just one of the best rookies. He's been one of the best defensive linemen in the NFL this season.

And he plays the run ...unlike the $84 mil guy in SF

I had assumed Desai was going to be the most similar to Gannon to have the least scheme change. Different D though.

Don’t that have high pick Kinlaw for that?

Armstead just basically good for anytime you need a massive athletic strong moving brick wall.

Why would Queen be available?

A lot of us thought Carter had the potential to be a really good replacement for Hargrave. I don’t think many of us thought he would have this much of an impact this early on though!

They are calling it Desai out coaching McVay. Can’t see why it wouldn’t be seen like that. Excellent adjustment to completely shut them down in the second half. They got the ball first in the last half. Could have really been in trouble if he didn’t scheme and personnel it up.

Been rumored the whole time. Ravens coughed up money and traded for Roquan. Queen is a pending FA they clearly chose another route to pursue instead. You seem to have a hard time even paying one LB. They made their choice. Queen wasn’t it. Now can maybe argue he looks great beside playing with such a stud in Roquan. Think they just look both great together. I can’t really dig at choosing Roquan. He’s great! So we’ll pluck your second best LB choice and make him out top playmaker in the middle of the D. Put him beside Dean would be ideal. Have seemed to have found Cunningham and Murrow to provide depth and rotation.

C’mon now. I’ve called him the best player to get in the last two drafts. My top guy the whole time. Even considering we traded up for Davis the draft before.

Called it the difference in the Saints trade. The fact he fell and could get him and get that top ten pick made that trade.

No no I’m not saying you didn’t say that. I’m just saying we felt Carter would long term be a great replacement for Hargrave but this early? I don’t think many of us did. Maybe you did though bud.

He was playing in the SEC and all these big games. Dominating! Almost like his biggest knock was that he wasn’t challenged enough in college. Was a bit too slack maybe. Got him with top of the chain coaching. He has opponents and training against teammates that challenge him now.
