Well TBH we haven't looked in sync most of the year. Rams game looked like we were getting it back,then this disaster and the wheels fell off without Lane. Need to stop going backwards

You can blame the OC when MJK enjoys watching our punter make great punts all game.   We punted twice.  Double the turnovers than the punts.

The players took incentive afterwards to blame themselves and address each other.  Before the coaches could speak.

I really don't want the blame game to start at least amongst the players. It was a bad game all around,You are correct though,the stats were there,the drops and TO's killed us. IDK how you fix that,what is causing the lack of concentration now? I thought we looked good vs the Rams and we were starting to click. Then out goes Lane and it all falls apart.. Instead of picking up to cover that, we failed to do it. Is there some distraction I don't know about. Hurts just looks like he is "not into it" . We signed Julio Jones he definitely isn’t the same player he once was but as the 3rd WR likely an upgrade

Julio is old,still he is an upgrade as a slot guy IMO. Quez was going nowhere,Zach seems like he is pedestrian. Maybe we can bring some life to the slot. With little production there it can't get much worse LOL

Yeah IDK if the speed is there at his age. Possibly he would be ok as a slot,or we mix them up. Smith did both at OSU but was mainly outside,but he has played the slot before

QB still has to throw to the slot for there to be production similar to that of Geodart…. When we actually throw his way he is producing but if he isn’t getting the ball thrown his way not much he can do 

Probably won't see him this week. I hope he stayed in game shape and can be worked in the following week. This signing kinda took me by surprise,but obviously they saw what I did that we have no slot production,so may as well give him a try

Smith is such a crisp route runner I like the idea of getting him in the open fields giving him routes like kupp would be so hard to cover.

AJ just the sheer size of him v a slot CB hav ego like that matchup idea as well.

Julio also has size but he isn’t at the same level as AJ at this point in his career.

We have options lol that’s a good thing

I suppose he could run a few simple plays. No reason he can't pick those up by game day,so you may be right. I just thought we would look for a young buck to sign in the slot,but if we're going "all in" then we need to get it done. get me Chinn please LOL
