Simply better than Opeta according to all measurables and experts.   Not really rocket science.   I get that " you called it" with Opeta...and that he pass blocked well vs the Rams.  But if you are truly interested in team success you need to be honest and realize he wasn't good the last few weeks.

You mean passing the ball a lot?

Idk... I got an " injured QB"  and an improvement at RG... probably should mean we run the ball more ....and not only more reps, but with better success. 

It's odd that we haven't run the ball much and when we run, it hasn't been as effective?

Idk...call me " looking at the narrow viewpoint of what actually happened  instead of preconceived assumptions.  But something isn't adding up?  More passes... and less effective running.

Just tossing this out there. Sometimes you can play too tentative. You can really put yourself more at risk doing that than playing your all out A game. Trying too hard to not get hurt actually goes against what you've always done. Not saying you have to become a madman,but Hurts needs to play the game HIS way. Like Joe though,I still don't like the called QB runs. They are not effective and IMO you do those things when you don't have an offense. We DO,so I would like to see those eliminated or at least cut back. Will be curious to see if we let Julio take some shots this week. I'm sure he's rusty,but if he gets back to close to the speed he once had he can be tough to defend

So the Wuss played us hard last time,but at the time,they didn't have their star RB. I still think we can stuff him. We didn't get much pressure on their QB as I recall. I'd like to see more pressure this time. We should win this,but we can't get cocky. McLaurin is an excellent WR and we need to watch their TE as well. Think we can handle them and go 7-1. Would be a nice lead in to the tough part of the schedule. I can't wait for the 9ers game so we can shut their pie holes

Swift, AJ, Smith and Goedert can get the ball....why do we use a called QB run?   Makes no sense other than the sneak.   A scramble that's off script...I'm fine with...no more designec QB runs,it's not helping Hurts development as a QB.

He stinks right now.  For us... I think a 3rd RB should be added to the mix here ... if Scott of Penny aren't the guy...then get one, a decent one that's cheap.

Agreed,why do we even have Penny? He must be really awful if we aren't using him at all. I suppose he is odd man out so we can roster someone else.Still it's a bit weird

Well the Jets offense took a crap when ARod went down,so Dalvin was looking for a better offense,but he's not getting that in NY. I think he would be too expensive and Swift is doing fine as-is. So I doubt Howie would make this move. I'm fine with the 3 we have

I thought Penny would be the GL back. Oh well

IMO Cook would be a nice addition to the Ravens

Found a new bar. It's 14 minutes from me in a town that is barely on a map. Looks like a nice place. Food is good(got through Doordash last week). I will wear my OSU shirt and hope there is a 65 year old cougar who is into old deaf smokers (I cant smoke inside lol) But will probably sit alone and have a few,some food at the 1/2,jam the juke box with classic rock even though its probably country rednecks,but too bad,it's my money LOL. It's kind of a test run today to see if it's a good place to watch Eagles games WHEN WE MAKE THE PLAYOFFS. At least it's close. The town has 6 streets in it so I hope i don't get lost HAHAHAHA.
