I don't think they are changing players ....the Washington game was more scheme issues.   We move on now to Dallas.

I know, just wondering why a higher ranked player sits for a lesser one. Of course rankings aren't the tell all and why I asked "what's wrong"? Ringo was highly praised and ranked,so something must be wrong with him. First, he falls out of the draft(basically),so either a majority of the ranking squad was totally inept,OR there is some outstanding issue. First, the issue of him falling from a top round 2 pick into the abyss. There has to be a reason for this. Second, whatever that reason is,it's keeping him from playing

Should be all hands on deck for Dullaz

I'm wondering about Fournette.... seems like a perfect guy to come in for 15 snaps a game and compliment the other guys.

IDK we have Penny and he sits,so IDK that we would use Fournette either

Swift.....16 carries for 57 yards....  2 catches for 7 yards.... really not lighting it up with the volume.

Gainwell had 5 catches for 30 yards.   And was " shoved by Siri "  ...lol.   with 2 carries.

Those 2 carries...so overused.   Yet the peanut gallery can't see the issue with Swift.   He carries it 8 times more than Gainwell... 3.6 yards a carry isn't good.

We need that other rusher in there to make these other 2 more of the receiving backs that compliment the rushing attack.

IDK,at times(seriously) I see us playing college type offense, and I don;t like it. RPO-NO!!! play action-YES. But you need a running game to do that. I think our running game suffers because of the weak RG. JMO but most running plays are to the right and I'm not thrilled with the RG play at this time. The RB will run through either the C/RG gap,or the RG/RT gap,so the RG is very important to open those holes and we aren't doing it. perhaps we need a TE blocker behind the RG? Only other option is to run up the gut over Kelce,OR run left which we don't seem good at either. Just an armchair analysis. We need to run on Dullaz. If we become 1 dimensional it's going to be a problem

44 snaps for Swift... you can use Fournette there to bring that down... Sanders only had 59% of the snaps....basically because they had to take him out on key downs.

Swift should be in there on key downs.  The committee approach has the 3 guys rotating in to stay fresh. Fournette on early downs or that goal line is ideal.

You want to rest Hurts, Smith, Lane and half the defense.... why is it a difficult concept to do the same with Swift, who plays a position that gets tackled and piled on by multiple defensive players?

Gainwell sucks,until he doesn't LMAO. As I said,I don't think it's the RB's,I think it's the RG

According to Pro Football Reference, Ricks is allowing just a 57.6 passer rating when targeted this season.

New York Giants have reportedly traded DL Leonard Williams to the Seattle Seahawks for a 2024 2nd round pick and a 2025 5th round pick. Spotrac also noted that the Giants likely paid some of his current salary to get the deal done.

Seattle getting serious. They also tested their new OSU WR Smith-Njigba and he did well(winning TD vs the Browns) so suspect he gets more targets. He will be a weapon down the stretch

https://www.si.com/nfl/eagles/news/philadelphia-eagles-rashaad-penny-seattle-seahawks-kenneth-gainwell-dandre-swift-gruesome-injuries-ravens-preview  Apparently he is being "saved" I think this upcoming stretch would be a good time to get him in some game snaps. He needs to get the rust off,he will rust on the PS. IDK how smart this is? I guess they know what they are doing, but as a fan, this is difficult. RB's need to play snaps. not 1-3. he needs to get 5-6 snaps a game in or he will rust away to the point he won't be usable in post season. he is a situational RB and we are going to face "situations" in the next 6 weeks. Could be we are saving him so Hurts won't need the brotherly shove in the playoffs. That's all I can figure, otherwise IDK

Seems to me we are waiting until someone gets hurt. I would rather see a 4 back rotation, but since I know nothing.................

OH BTW for "the record" I DID play TE in HS,but started out as a RB(didn't play just a practice RB),so I kinda learned about RB's. I was moved to TE because I wasn't a bruiser, but I had a little speed,so they moved me to TE. I did OK there, but was smallish for a TE,but I had some quickness and was used as a "panic outlet" and after playing RB some,I could also garner some YAC. I was "OK" but the position changed alot since I played. But learning about RB's gave me the knowledge of how to beat defenses. I was not FAST,but I had quickness to give the QB a window

That takes away from those you can dress on game day.

Says we've been looking at LB. Chinn injured - we were going to take him in the draft but took Hurts - worked!. Another LB is Texans Blake Cashman, has a 45.3 passer rating.

  • The Washington Commanders have received calls on edge rushers Montez Sweat and Chase Young. They have an offer on the table for Sweat, who is in a contract year. So is Young, the former No. 2 overall pick and 2020 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year. Teams also have inquired about defensive back Kendall Fuller.
  • The Denver Broncos remain open to listening to offers -- receivers Jerry Jeudy and Courtland Sutton and safety Justin Simmons, among others, have all drawn interest -- but it's not a fire sale in Denver. They'll only make a deal if they get the right offer.
  • The Las Vegas Raiders have had trade calls surrounding wide receiver Hunter Renfrow for weeks, but no deal is imminent.   Per NFL.com

RB snaps... Swift 44....Gainwell 19... Scott 1.

Scott is paid the most... I don't get it.  The committee needs the 3 man split.   We need to cut down Swift's snaps when he isn't necessarily impacting the play.  64 snaps...the #3 needs at least 10, id prefer 15 to 20. ...and take a few carries too.

Maybe pull off getting a quality Rb to run as 1B. Just have a dual backfield. Then can occasional bring in Gainwell mostly as a plan to block.

Yes I know, but we need a running game more than we need DB5 or whatever

Derrick Henry comes to mind

Would make great sense, esp w/ Hurts hobbled

So, Julio scores a TD,what to do with Zacceus. IDK what the other WR's we dress on game day are

They paid Dexter Lawrence so this makes plenty of sense.

5.38 mil to pay for a rental. IDK if Howie would pay that for 1/2 a year because there is no way he pays for another contract, plus they are going to want a draft pick haul for him. Just seems like a heavy lift
