I just have serious doubts about Slay making it through this season. So I’m thinking an outside CB is the move made. Be for Bradberry also.

TBH I don't know squat about Moore and jeudy would require huge money,so personally I would opt for Renfrow if that's what we're looking at

According to Pro Football Reference, Ricks is allowing just a 57.6 passer rating when targeted this season.

Idk why Sen was singling him out?  Maybe he saw something I missed.

Maybe pull off getting a quality Rb to run as 1B. Just have a dual backfield. Then can occasional bring in Gainwell mostly as a plan to block.

Yes... block,  catch and run a couple of times....when he runs...he should be fresh. I don't like him in for 8 snaps in a row and running then.

However you all want to classify is fine....I want 3 RBs that split the load.  You guys worry about numbers and letters.  We need the 3rd contributor.

Derrick Henry comes to mind

Nah ...too expensive and needs a lot of carries to be effective

Good break down on RPOs that resulted in much of Goedert’s production.

My point being the level of quality.

I classify as desiring a Two Headed Monster backfield.

I like 3

And don't need to use monster....3 guys that do their jobs.  Fresh each rep.

Key difference then. I want two playmakers the D has to account for.

I classify RB as a SKILL position

Need the skill part

Swift was in 44 snaps.....18 touches

Gainwell  19 snaps...  7 touches

The 3rd guy could take 15 snaps away from Swift and maybe a few of those runs.... keep him fresh...maybe even take away 5 rushes....but then add two more of his own...so actually means more rush attempts for the team as a total.

Hurts less work too.  Everyone wins.

If you make the NFL...you should have the skill

Scott received one touch early on. Was dead in the rights for no gain. But made the guy miss so he picked up like 4 yards. But nope..gotta get Gainwell instead.

I was thinking maybe more about how they are trying to let the OC figure this O all out here though. So they streamlined this O down.

Gainwell caught 5 passes for 30 yards.   He had 2 carries.

I would assume you would complain about Swift...since he had less yards per touch and touched it 18 times vs Gainwell 7
