yeah, just saying maybe we can get a decent RG and a pick or whatever in a Mariota trade with the Vikes. I really don't want to have to count on Opeta, but whatever

Once we hit post season,it's win or go home and I have little confidence in Opeta. Like you said he is inconsistent

Hopefully we can find a guy who can be BU C and BU RG,so 2 minimum

Tyler Steen is one

Some additional context on Jalen Carter’s injury: The #Eagles received good news following testing on the rookie DT, an NFL source said, and he could be ready for Sunday’s game vs. the Cowboys.
#Eagles HC Nick Sirianni on Jalen Carter, who suffered a back injury on Sunday and underwent an MRI on Monday: "Jalen feels better today. ... We want to get him out on the field to see how he feels."
GM Howie Roseman is "a huge fan” of #Bears superstar CB Jaylon Johnson, according to a source.

From the Philly Inquirer;

As the 4 p.m. Tuesday trade deadline inches closer, it may behoove the Eagles to shore up their protection in the middle of the field by adding a bona fide slot corner or an inside linebacker with a track record in coverage. Zooming out a bit further, the Eagles secondary as a group is allowing 247.5 passing yards per game, which is the seventh-highest total in the league. Last season, Eagles opponents managed just 179.8 passing yards on average, which was the lowest total in the league.

Makes sense, esp after the last game - Howell tore us up and everyone saw it.

What was wrong with this Shilo Sanders hit? It wasn't targeting, didn't lead w/ his helmet, didn't spear - it was a perfect hit. Awww it was hard, can't do that in the new prissy league?

Part of the stat difference....last year we faced some really pathetic offenses....who were missing weapons.

This targeting nonsense has gotten out of hand

Too many opponents getting open. If it weren't for dropped passes we'd have lost several games - MIA, Wuss both games - come to mind.

F, F, F - have to be somewhere @2:30 Sun, can't get out of it! Will record it, avoid ALL NFL sources until I get home and watch it - which never works. Damn!

Zaire Franklin (27, 6’0, 235), Colts. Like Byard, Franklin is from the Philadelphia area, and if you’ll recall from this summer, was involved in a melee during Eagles-Colts joint practices. He signed a three year, $10 million contract with the Colts during the 2022 offseason, and is under contract through 2024. After eight weeks, Franklin leads the NFL with 102 tackles, and is a tough, violent player. At 27 years of age, he is probably a better fit for a contender than he is for a rebuilding team in the Colts, who have also lost their starting quarterback for the season.

Texans' Blake Cashman good in pass coverage tho, that's where we need improvement

Washington traded Sweat to the bears for a 2nd rounder good move on there part going to be a high 2nd rounder….

But then what if we don't fumble or throw picks???   Works both ways.

Lol....just saw headline....Trade line approaches will Panthers part with Hayden Hurst or Miles Sanders .. lol.

Already with Sanders?    I would assume he plays there 2 full years before he gets released.

Dec 17: Satisfaction or Antici…..pation. | adorablyobnoxious

Happy Halloween!

Seems to be a bidding war going on for Bears CB Jaylon Johnson. Only 24, rated 3rd best CB

Seattle at Baltimore should be a great game. Also KC/Miami in Frankfurt
