Wow - Raiders owe McDaniels and Ziegler over 90 mill! Not to mention Garoppolo who counts 10.1% of their cap and they're sitting him. Maybe it gets him focused.

Really not his fault, that OL's terrible

Miami's all of a sudden really healthy, picking them over the Chiefs this wk.

Turnover differential is a key element to the game. Trying to pin these all on Hurts like it’s some problem he alone needs to fix is just not accurate. Jets game alone: yes he had the bad interception at the end. But he obviously was struggling big time from a knee injury. Think rolling left and not wanting to plant off that hurt leg maybe was the main factor on that one? Probably not so much a concerning factor of an issue to keep occurring so much. Then you have Driscoll giving up the easy pass rush hitting Hurts arm on the throw. Then you have Goedert bobbling the catch turning into an interception. Which of these turnovers is your concern going forward?

I gotta be honest....if we are even in turnovers.... and we avoid the pick 6 or the fumble scoop and score.... I like our chances.

Mmmmm likely not if Scott is out for something personal means he will likely be fine for game day…. It’s not like he is inured or anything

True, and he was hardly used anyhow,so I thought if that's the case, maybe it's time to bring Penny up from the abyss. We need to get the running game back on track,Jurgens will help that. I thought Penny banging away would help that also

For one of the poorest owners it sure sends a message.

Imagine once the guys behind start pushing it's pretty difficult to steer yourself. Seems a way to stop it is to not rush Kelce but lift him up.

LOL but Kelce is a bit small in stature for a C,so he is hard to get under

He’s going to focus somewhere else it appears. He was McDaniel choice, old Pats days, you’d think.

Maybe Jimmy G, Bellicheat, McDaniel and Patricia all regroup in Washington?

Liked him in Denver, looked like he was going to learn and grow. I was happy with the pick up. Figured he would sit a year with all the TE's we had,but hope he gets a shot with us

Dropping balls is for puberty, not the NFL. Hurts needs to stop carrying it like a loaf of french bread. Where did he pick up THAT bad habit??? If you can't palm the ball, use both hands. He ran to the sideline and dropped another one that fortunately went OOB(out of bounds lol). IDK why is he doing this 1 handed palming like he is trying to impress the basketball crowd?

I like our chances only with Hurts at the helm. At some point hopefully you can just embrace the best QB we’ve ever had.

At this point in the season I think we should have two finalists for NFL MVP this year. Hurts and AJ

Eagles QB Jalen Hurts clears up how he got hurt, expected to play vs. Commanders

The Eagles' QB expects to play on Sunday against the Commanders.

By Reuben Frank, Eagles Insider  Published October 25, 2023

Jalen Hurts won’t say how he got hurt.

But he’s more than happy to say how he didn’t get hurt.

He didn’t get hurt running.

"I don't know that I've ever been banged up as a runner,” Hurts said Wednesday. "Everything (has) come from within the pocket, in which the illusion or the narrative is that you run the ball more (you’re more likely to get hurt). That's not always the case. Not here.”

This is all contrary to one poster here’s opinion….whom just believes cutting out QB runs keeps our QB1 healthy.

That would be great for the soap opera.... plus being in our division.

That was a good one... instead of taking the 2 yard sack...flick the ball forward out of bounds...it's legal to do it underhand.    He needs to do more of that and stop losing one or two yards...QB should never run out of bounds for a sack...throw it away, you are outside the pocket...it's legal

I mean....not sure Mariota and the rookie would inspire confidence in anyone to win this week?     I only like KC's chances this week vs Miami if Mahomes is at the helm... I could go on for about half the league in their matchups this week.

So the loss vs Tampa in the playoffs ... Washington and SF last year and the Jets this year... what did he miss 2 games last year... so 18 games plus 8 this year... plus that playoff game.   That should make him 23-4 in his last 27 games.  A few decent wins in there too.   Really probably the Jets game is the only bad game in there that resulted in an L since the playoffs in Tampa.   He made mistakes in other games, but i wouldn't classify them as bad games....probably had worse games in a few of the wins.

The game he played through his knee injury putting on that knee brace at halftime? That bad game?
He didn’t lose to SF last year.

5-1 the 6 games before that....so 29-5 the last 34 games since losing vs the Chargers in 2021.

The Miami game....I thought he played well there.
