Now you maybe are jumping the gun here…just a bit. This game will be the first time of actually seeing our starting Secondary together. Bradberry/ Slay. Roby manning the slot. Byard and Blankenship at S. I actually am liking this setup.

Hope you are right.
Bradberry has been bad this year; not disappointing but BAD! Slay has been better than average, but definitely not great.

And they are clearly the best Two CBs on the squad. This defense is a horrible blitz team and rarely do it anyway. Give Mahomes all day and they will score a TD on every drive against this D. See 2nd half of the Super Bowl for recent evidence.

IDK why Fields regressed. This was supposed to be the year they turned things around. They have alot of picks,I think they move on also. DJ Moore is a great WR,the other one is fine, their RB's are ok,they have no Oline protection on pass plays(really bad). Fields plays hurt alot, the BU is healthy and can avoid the rush better. BTW we can kill the "OSU QB's suck" because CJ Stroud is killing it in Houston

Fields looked ok today. The Bears have some really nice players, but they are very weak at key spots. IDK I think there were 3 or4 TO's by the Lions. It takes "special" talent to lose with a +3 TO margin,I mean you really have to put effort into losing

Are you considering them maybe not be utilized and maximized because of the revolving door, especially inexperienced among the rest of the Secondary? It’s put more weight on their shoulders for sure. Maybe we can get some more S over the top help reaching all the way to the outside to give both Playmaker’s outside….better position to go for making plays.

Keep an eye on the Vikes. Dobbs is killin it AND wait until he gets JJ back, they will be tough

You bring up valid points. I don’t know the answer. I just know that even at 8-1, the DBs have been a liability to this point. I’d love to see a more aggressive defensive approach. But once again, I get that they don’t care what I think. Haha.

Fields is just that….ok. Nothing special. Not horrible. I think they probably want better than just ok.

Agree.  Very big injury. He is an aggressive and reliable player/tackler.

The Redskins laid an egg today. Eagles need them to play their best football on Thanksgiving so my Thanksgiving can be extra awesome with a Cowpies loss. What the heck happened today to them?

Steelers are 6-4? How? Their offense is offensive.

GBNC, Vikings are….ok. Donkeys suck. I wouldn’t measure the Vikings’ strength vs this opponent.

IDK any QB that looks good with a crap O line,so how do you know how good Fields is?

6-4 is fairly impressive in that division, arguably all 4 teams can contend and they will be beating up on each other until the last game. Cleveland has the top D overall and Watson really doesn't help them alot, but his contract is fully guaranteed, really a STUPID move by Cleveland, but I have said for decades, they find ways to nuke themselves. Despite the stupidity they have a decent team. I'm not measuring Dobbs by this game,in fact it wasn't his best game.Dude's only been there for 20 days and he looks better than some seasoned veterans, and like I said just WAIT until he has the talents of JJ. Jesus, you all expect all pro SB QB's in 3 weeks. Not happening, but after getting JJ back, they will be tough to beat. Getting JJ back also means the coverages change and they can get that running game going again,so Sen was Cousins that much better??? This kid looks great for a guy who's been on what 6-7 teams in less than 2 years?? He just got to the VIkes, give him a few weeks and add in JJ and we'll talk later

I won 3/4 fantasy games, the last one I need Hurts and Elliott to score 46 points(GL with that)

The backups did better...  there is a point where you just got to move on. It's going to be 2 years in a row now to where they would have the 1st pick in the draft to get a top QB.

Whatever short comings the Bears have...they did better with backups.  In theory shouldn't they suck less with Fields than they do with the backups?  They suck more with Fields.   Logically one would think they move on... so they could suck less with a new QB...lol

Myles Jack coming out of retirement to sign w/ Steelers? He just retired from us - thought he had to wait out after retiring? What's to prevent any player from retiring to get out of a contract?

Team still owns your rights…can’t just do that stuff.

Jurgens back, rain - KC is 31st in stopping the run.

IDK how many times do you start over? Ask the Browns LOL. Sure sometimes a healthy BU looks better than an injured starter. I would think they start over because they will have to pay Fields. If a starter can't scramble,I'm sure the BU would look better. Good game yesterday from Fields. So the Question is,how good would Hurts look in Chicago or how good would Fields look behind our O line with the weapons we have? Then you have BU's like Dobbs, how good can they be if they aren't changing teams like underwear? He already looks to be equal to Cousins,DeVito for the Gnats has given them hope (I never did like Jones). Teams need to wake up overpaying billion dollar babies like Watson, ARod,Wilson etc.Cleveland should make it's logo a sheep, because they always get fleeced. Young QB's coming out are much better than before, just like WR's. Fields in NE would be rather interesting

Trevor Lawrence looks good,I said he would be. Although leading their division,I think they are 1 and done post season, but another good draft and they can contend. Love should be better than he is IMO. Houston is another team on an upward curve. CJ Stroud is "getting it" now and like the jags another draft (or maybe 2) will put them on the map. Poor Bryce Young,Carolina brings in a top QB,then proceeds to undercut him by losing all the weaponry(Caff,DJ Moore),so I feel bad for him being with a clueless team. Purdy is "ok" not the superman most think, the players round him make him look good. Levis starting to look good too. The Gnats should scrap Jones and go with DeVito(I think he still lives with his parents and he looks like he is 12 LOL). Teams in the QB hunt next draft- Colts,Bears(trade Fields for another round 1 pick),maybe Atlanta, possibly Pittsburgh,Pats(like I said Fields there would be "interesting") Jets need a decent BU who can grow because I don't see another contract for Arod. Mayfield in TB is doing OK,could use a younger supporting cast. Carr still messes with my head,he should be better than he is,so it will be an interesting draft

Yeah there are storms out there. This would be a great time to get Penny into the fold. I'm still SMH whey we even got him. I'm sure he is wondering why he was got. I hope that new TE we got from Denver can step into the pass catching TE role. He has a high ceiling but is really rough. The rain will favor the short passes and I expect Kelce to carve us up. I would have to think about a DT there. he is the one that can hurt us the most. Both teams have pass catching RB's and both QB's can run effectively. Since we aren't on a CRAP field,I expect our D line to get after Mahomes since footing won't be an issue. The NFL needs to stop building stadiums with 3 inch "turf" It's not deep enough to cope even if it's watered properly. Should be a helluva game tonight

We also re-signed TE Togiai,so I think we're looking for a pass catching TE in Goederts absence. being here before he already knows the playbook

https://www.philadelphiaeagles.com/team/players-roster/albert-okwuegbunam/ Not bad stats in Denver for Obie Wan. IDK why they let him go,or why they didn't use him. When they let him play(which was a rarity) he was a TD machine. I didn't know he was a 4 year vet,but could see him stepping in for us tonight
