Because you love to ride Hurt dick so hard you can’t accept any of his faults I do think Hurts is better then Fields I just don’t think Hurts is going to magically make the bears look better…. I do think the rosters they had plays a huge part and the fact Hurts had a far superior OL from the start and better overall roster has added him v Fields.

but as I said I think hurts has aided us in wins that not sure Fields would have if in the same situation I just don’t see Hurts carrying the bears any further then Fields

I just don’t think like that even. I don’t wear the heavy rose colored glasses. Hurts of course has faults. He could definitely be taller. He could have a stronger arm. Think the main issue bothering me is how he doesn’t just throw the ball away outside the pocket. He’s run out of bounds several times taking a loss instead. But the way Hurts carries himself still seems to not be appreciated by you and many others. He has an effect on the coaches and our defenders even. Right when he took over for Wentz I noticed how our defenders responded. So much more to Hurts than his right arm.

Hurts cannot be a leader for 30 minutes,we paid for the whole 60

Hurts first 1/2 stats(those pesky things that don't matter) 33 passing yards 1 rushing yard(TD) Just AWFUL and that was at HOME. he didn't start playing until Allen started playing LOL

Just don’t talk about the missed FG or the block ST and up with or the int of Allen that helped bail Out of terrible start that kept us in the game… Then an absolute clutch kick in bad weather to send it to OT…. It was clearly Hurts intangibles that won us the game

Literally all you do is wear heavy rose colored glasses for Hurts every mistake he makes you make another 5 excuses for why it happens…. Hell earlier in the year you blamed a AJ drop for why Hurts threw a int the next play like WHAT!!!!! Yes AJ should have caught it but no it doesn’t excuse Hurrs from a bad pass the next play

Carolina owner didn't even inform anyone on the team or staff, they had to find out on social media, just pathetic

I won't talk about the missed facemask we got away with either LOL. I'm glad we won the last 2 games,I still don't know how, crazy stuff

It was Hurts intangibles that made Scantling drop a perfect TD pass and Rice drop the 4th down pass

Hurts intangibles led to Gabe Davis and Allen being on the wrong page and missing a TD pass when he was wide open

Yeah Hurts intangibles also rattled Kelce into a key drop too

Yes of course, you still interested in that swamp land I have? 🤣

IDK, I'm 67 and think I could pass for more than 33 yards in a 1/2. I bet you could too

I will now credit Hurts for the following that bothered me previously. His deep ball accuracy is much improved. Kudos to him for continuing to work.2) perfecting the tush push, a HUGE play for us and Hurts has those 600 pound leg press thighs that produce first downs and TD's as well. However,I don't like some of the regressions I have seen. 1) not throwing the ball away 2) Still not seeing open receivers as well as last year. When you have guys waving downfield wide open and Hurts doesn't bother finding them, that is worrisome. His decision making seems to have regressed as well.3) He 's not "gung ho" when running and while I don't want undue risks,he leaves yardage on the field. Not like last year going for the BIG money 4) choosing to throw into blocked passing lanes. please, take a step sideways for an open shot at the target. Just my take, think whatever you will

We are still rated what top 5 in PFF hell think they have us at #2 behind the Lions lol but guess would don’t want to use PFF ranking when it doesn’t aid your narrative lol let’s just stop acting like our OL isn’t by far better then the bears

I do think our Oline is better. But not thinking they’ve been fantastic all year either. Now I don’t even think it’s all just on the Oline play. Think having a first time playcaller we’ve really felt the bumps in the road. Sometimes even fault Hurts for holding on to the ball too long. But can’t say our Oline has dominated this season so far. Been disappointing way too often to me this year actually. I’ve been surprised at the level of play along the Oline much of this season actually.  Some major mistakes have occurred far too often. I’m optimistic that the worst is behind us now though. Think our OC is improving. Optimistic that Lane’s injury isn’t severe. Dickerson hopefully tightens up. Like to see the Oline really show their best to finish out this season.

Could you image if the Bears actually game planed to use Fields legs something they didn’t do for the entire like first half the season???? That is one of his biggest strengths right

Fields is quick and has a real strong arm. I don’t contest any of that.

And again I do think Hurts is better then Fields but having a BETTER ROSTER ESPECIALLY OL and OCs that are playing to the QB strengths are massive

Matt Nagy is a good coach. Don’t think Hurts inherited the greatest roster off the bat. But I definitely appreciate how much better our organization is than Chicago’s. But think Hurts is a big part of all that.

You mean the under throw that Smirh made a great play on but yup that was all Hurts

Think Hurts put that ball where it needed to be. Much easier catch than MVS diving attempt he dropped. It was mostly Hurts. He called that play when we really were struggling with the playcalls. Then finished it off with his patent pending Brotherly Shove … he’s perfected. Difference in the game.

See you are missing the whole effect Hurts has and brings. Allen doesn’t bring all that to the table even though he has superior tangible height, weight and arm strength. Football is always a team game. Our team has been transformed into Hurts image. Its everywhere. It was a clutch kick. But how did we even get in that position to begin with? Really seeing this whole team improving. Not sure proof is located all in the stat sheets or PFF ratings. My sight is picking up on some details that really have me feeling pretty optimistic.

It wasn’t a perfect pass to MVS. He had several steps being open. Mahomes over threw it slightly. In my book a WR still has to catch that. But even Mahomes acknowledged he should have made a better throw. But YES! It is Hurts leadership and competitive will the has permeated the entire organization that has this team believing they’ll find a way to win. All the grading and stats don’t mean nearly as much as the way this team refuses to accept losing. Keep coming from behind and willing victory into existence. Hurts intangibles feeling very tangible to me and this team.

That’s what Allen does. Pay more attention is about all I can say. How many OT games has Allen prevailed in?

He didn’t he just inherited a top 5 OL one of the best all around TEs in football and Sanders who if I recall you was saying was elite… what did fields have again??? Moore wasn’t there his rookie year he didn’t have the OK and Cmet wasn’t the same caliber or a RB my but being the situation QBs land in matters

"It's a Jalen performance. There aren't too many guys that I've played with -- probably nobody that I've played with -- that's been more clutch down the stretch," Eagles veteran center  Jason Kelce said after the  37-34 victory. "He's been so good in crucial situations when things have to happen. That's a trait not to take lightly. I think if you look at most of the best players, it's a trait that they have to have."
