BETTER NOT!

Stats lie, but these are interesting;

Eagles                                   SF

28.2            PPG                   28.2

364.3         Total YPG          386.1

47.3           3rd Down %       44.4

62.8           RZ TD %             61.4

Agreed. Not the right mentality. A guy that relies on his athletic speed rarely makes for the best coach. A Jason Avant type or Greg Ward is what you’d think of usually working out transitioning to coach.

Duce Staley type

Let's not even think of Duce coaching here. Remeber wanting him to do that when he was done playing here, not now.

Please no!   Just awful fundamentally... a dude who 💯 relied on his athletic ability.  That's not a guy you want coaching.

So he had so little experience he stayed in the league for more than a decade? Couldn't possibly help young guys? If you are that bad you don't last long. There's more than 1 WR coach? Something is wrong with athletic ability and spotting it in potential draft picks? OK then

Then let's hope Morehead figures out how to get AJ open for more than 8 yards this week. 46 yards in 2 games seems like a bit of a disaster for your #1 WR. As  a WR coach he needs to do better?

Need one that wins the game.  And to be honest... it's more important to make the in game adjustments.

Bud Carson used to draw up defenses while the players were introduced.   Many have said he scrapped the game play immediately when games would start.

Don't make it complicated.   It's not rocket science.

Yeah that's why they work all week on it 🤣

Jordan Davis hamstring…ughhh. Can’t screw up with him again like last season.

  • Author

Goedert admitting the Dr says he’s still injured feels like he won’t be suiting up this week

How the injuries are managed I feel could be real key for our season here. Cox groin injury doesn’t sound like a great situation to push. Right along with Davis hamstring.

When you put these stats in correlation with them having the number 1 D and us having the 20th D?

Niners giving up a TD less per game than us on D. Past three games Niners are giving up 10 points per game.

  • Author

Niners D has been 2 points better on the road than at home.

This is exactly the point in the schedule where you don’t want to make decisions based off emotional reasoning. I know Niners and Cowboys(in little d) games are the biggest regular season games. But shouldn’t be the driving force on decision making concerning injuries.

Leonard, it was confirmed, got a physical at the NovaCare today.

Too many screens vs teams who are good vs them? Throw the ball downfield! Even if it is a screen, throw them past the LOS

Just part of due diligence - had a neck prob

San Francisco has been dominant of late, which would explain why the 49ers are the favorites. The 49ers are 3-0 since their bye week, averaging 30.7 points per game and allowing just 10.0 points per game with a plus-7 turnover differential.

San Francisco's pass rush has been dominant since acquiring Chase Young, having a 61% pressure rate and 15% sack rate. No quarterback has thrown a touchdown pass against the 49ers since Young arrived, as opposing quarterbacks have a 56.4 passer rating in three games with Young. Nick Bosa has 22 pressures and Arik Armstead has 16 since Young arrived, as his presence has significantly helped the 49ers' front

Yeah, nice gesture, maybe he can be on the staff as a WR coach?

NO! Prima donna ****! One trick pony. Don’t need him in any way shape or form. Congratulations on retiring an Eagle. Tchau!

The Niners LOOK like the best team in the league right now. Go EAGLES!

He's fast... he stayed in the league because he can run....just awful fundamentally.  Don't want any of that around our guys.
