Niners number 1 D

Chiefs number 3 D

Bills number 6 D

these are the best the NFL has to offer. But sure it’s just all the O’s fault they can’t light up the best in the business? I’m really not understanding this logic at all.

Here is a link to help anybody that has missed the facts. Maybe shed a bit of light for some here.

So the third ranked O you suggest is much more a problem than the 20th(and falling fast) ranked D? Really curious how you are trying to spin this one.

So where was the offense today????? Why didn’t they bail out the D????

D so bad but huge pick in Buffalo helps keep us in the game along with holding them to 3 in OT

D so bad but kept KC to low score until our O decided to want to wake up and play in the 2nd half.

Let’s not even talking about the sheer number of plays this D has had to play thanks to the offense not being able to move the ball for large portions of the games then we can also bring up the turnovers which has plagued us for a good part of the season.

Sadly you might notice little d we play next week is 4th

Yet you don’t want to bring up how niners are 3rd scoring O, Buffalo what 5th KC 11th

Maimi 2nd who our D held to 17 points

These are some of the best offenses in the business but it’s just all the D fault they can’t stop them in a league that favors offense to begin with

Mind you we also held KC to 17 points

I think the D has come up huge in the second half a couple times this season. Miami just a whole different thing on the road. Bills torched our D. Niners torched our D. Our D looking bottom third in the league. Our pass D has been pretty well atrocious all season. But if the Niners can run all over us also? We don’t stand much of a chance without several lucky breaks going our way.

Is there a commercial break that doesn’t have Christian McCaffrey? Geez

That second half D performance was borderline brilliant. They made some unforced errors to help with that. But totally thought the D kicked but that second half.

And 49ers game probably looks drastically different if the O scores tds v fgs to start the game being up 14-0 v being up 6-0.

Our D gave up long drives with plenty of yards….but held the points in those best efforts. Really haven’t just been getting off the field though.

So if anybody scores TDs against the team giving up the least amount of points? Things probably do look different.

Up 14-0 at home….we could have had a chance…I’ll easily admit that.

Point being if we have the 3rd ranked O then yes they should be the ones bailing out the team in tough games not the other way around. Our D might not be great but have held up and made plays for us on numerous occasions.

KC was prime example, Huge int v Buffalo along with holding them to a FG in OT again v two top 10 scoring O the last two weeks.

When is it time for the offense to start carrying some of the burden and bail out the D they had a tough matchup v SF and the O didn’t do much to help them and that’s our strength being 3rd ranked and all

Niners only given up 10 points a game since their bye. We threw up 20(really)

Wait a minute here.” When is the time for the O to bail out the D?”Really? Not sure what games you’ve been watching? Hurts just scored 5 TDs last game. Scored, scored and scored again to beat Buffalo in OT. Not sure I’m following much of any of your argument here on any of this.

Washington scored 31 points on us both times. The D is a problem

Does he get the chance to beat Buffalo without a clutch pick late in the game???? How about the chance to win the game if not for a D stop???

Hell we don’t even get into OT without captain clutch himself Jake Elliott baling out the entire team with a 59 yarder in terrible conditions

And Miami scored 17, KC 17, Tampa 11 Dallas to what 23 the #1 scoring team in the league

The D wasn’t but so clutch against Buffalo. That’s why the superhuman O and ST effort was needed to force OT in the first place. D let Allen do whatever he wanted.

That’s like me saying we only scored 14 points on the jets and had 4 turnovers the O is the problem

You can stand behind how dominant and great our D is if you choose. Up to you.

I don’t think the O has been perfect all season at all. Especially thought the Jets game was terrible. Really struggled with Redzone issues all season ….it seemed before the last couple games. But then not so great against the Niners again today. The O was bad against the Jets, no doubt. Worst performance this season.

The superhuman effort that had two turnovers that lead to TDs v Buffalo… Damn if D but hey gets even better that superhuman offense

throws int leads to a TD follows that up with back to back punts oh then fumbles the next chance they have the ball giving Buffalo great field position to score again.

14 points on the D that in large part was the O fault
