I’m told #Eagles QB Jalen Hurts is definitely going to try and play tonight. He started feeling ill on Thursday. Had the normal fever, chills, body aches yesterday. But, the hope is Hurts is good to go tonight.

Not sure how I feel about this I mean I respect him trying to play but he already isn’t 100% been dealing with the knee since the jets game now trying to play with the flu…. Might be better to just sit him this week ride with Mariota

Important game. He just got the big check,time to earn it. I worked every day sick or not(10-14 hours and he only has to :work" for an hour) and he has an entire staff(I did not). It should be obvious early if he can cut it or not. If not,then you sit him. He's been playing badly and all we get are excuses. It's his knee. He has a fever, he has the runs. God help us all if he gets married. We have a whole med team we pay to get/keep these guys playing. Reach into your magic bag and get the high paid Mr. Wonderful out on the field. I'm fine if you miss time with a broken leg,Otherwise earn your dang pay. Anyway,if he plays and sucks the built in excuse is already on the table. I'm waiting until guys start being "pre-sick" I'm not sick,but I'm planning to be. Here are the weeks I will be sick. I'm telling you again it will be bubble ball by 2029

Actually he only needs to "work" 30 minutes because they can shoot him up again at 1/2 time

Both starting CB's out for the Hawks also. With our weak secondary and theirs banged up I suspect to see alot of passing. Once again would like to see Goedert and the RB's involved more in the passing game. They will be pass happy as well and will be interesting to see how the D changed after "benching" Desai. With the Dullaz loss a W puts us in a nice position,but we are 0-7 at Seattle.Need to change that tonight

Not that important of a game we already cliched the playoffs going into them healthy is more important in my opinion…. Added bonus that Dallas just lost….

The only real important part of this game is if we win we keep pace with SF and if they lose to Baltimore we could take back the #1 seed in the NFC

Pressure is the key send some blitzes and don’t give 15 yard cushions so the QB can dink and dunk and get the ball out of his hands in under 2 secs.  Can’t expect our secondary to stay glued the the WRs long if they are giving the front 3-5secs they have to be getting to the QB

Which QB?

I’m kind of excited to see our young CBs tonight reality is we need to see what we have can any of them step up show some promise to be the guys of the future

Mmmmmm yea pretty sure hurts took himself out that convo over the last two weeks definitely below Purdy and Dak at this point… 15 turnovers this year 

In all honesty mvp should go to CMC or Tyreek but they won’t do that it’s basically a QB award now

I’d obviously say you are disappointingly simplifying.

Of course you always wish to pressure the QB. Lock I like unleashing and going for things more. Dline and some key blitzing could dominate this game….optimistically.
