Right. . You are predicting.   That's great. Doesn't change the math.

Doesn't change that the Seattle loss took away our control of getting the one seed.

Whether you or anyone else " concedes"  you do realize it doesn't matter.  You or any of us fans do not control anything.  Wishing it to happen doesn't change anything.  The math is still the math.

Not predicting. I was pondering the mathematical outcomes of ALL scenarios.

This is why going super deep on tiebreaking scenarios so early is difficult. Just was giving you the suggestion on maybe being wise to hold off just a bit longer might benefit you more in the future. Take the suggestion and use it however you choose.

You stated before Bills win. Truth. How it happened. Just fact

You were all about the 49ers never losing a game until 2030.  That's your team.  You have been slerping them up all year.   At the time we had one loss...they had 3.    The math was simple... we had 6 games left.  3 were considered competitive.... 3 at the end considered easy wins.

The math is simple.  You lose two... that means 3 losses.  That forces the 49ers to have to win out.   Which they didn't.

Unfortunately we lost all 3.

Nobody " predicted " anything.  Nobody said they couldn't lose all 3.  Nobody said the last 3 games were guaranteed wins.

Nobody is saying the Eagles cannot get the top seed.

The facts were and still are...had the Eagles won one of the 3 games... then they would control their own path to the top seed by winning the last 3 games.

That's it. What is your problem?  Why do you twist things to where  "I was the only one who saw this scenario?

We weren't talking about scenarios....we were just looking at the math.

Lol... you predict.  You show no knowledge..except the genius of " well there is possibility we could suck and lose a game we shouldn't.

No kidding?  Pure genius!

No predicting. It’s just part of the math…the possible scenarios. It’s always possible to suck and lose a game we shouldn’t. We actually are sitting nice right at this very moment because: the Cowboys lost to the …you guessed it Cardinals we are getting ready to suit up against. The math part involves what happens with a win. What happens with a loss. God forbid a tie occurs. I’m good at math. Good at processing all these scenarios. Just easy for me. But I didn’t predict Hurts would get injured last season. Just stated for The Math…something like the rightful MVP getting injured could bring about such an abysmal scenario playing out as just one of many possible scenarios.

No it's not.   You can look at everything.   Was easy to see it all there.  The Eagles didn't beat Seattle ( or win one of the 3) so they don't control their own destiny anymore.

Now watch...both SF and Detroit are going to lose and in 2 weeks...."  while No Mas was saying the Eagles were going to be the 3 seed, I was the only one who didn't concede the top seed "

Just like clockwork.

Predicting isn't math.

I thank you for bringing the exact information about our tiebreaking scenario situation with Detroit.

If the Saints lose the rest of their games...the math says our pick will be between this and this.  That's math.

Well No Mas... what if the Saints win.

Then it changes where the pick lands.  And there is math for that too.

What is the tiebreaker for Detroit?  Is it too early to talk about it?

Enlighten me.

Yet why argue the math from mine when it was correct?

Just to be annoying and say that other scenarios could happen.  Like none of us know that?

So we scored 33..... Goedert slipped on the pick 6.    They were 24 yards shy of getting 500.   8 for 15 on 3rd down....2 for 2 on 4th down.

What are we looking for on offense?   50 points?   Or is it like a video game where we score a TD every possession?

I'm just curious?   RBs 136 yards rushing QB over 300 yards passing.    What do we need to see to make you feel good offensively?

Well, it's easy to pile up yards on terrible defenses.......just ask dallas.  What do I want to see?

1) Most of all, consistency.  And what do I mean by that?.....:

2) They had 4 fumbles and an INT which resulted in 2 turnovers and 14 points for the Giants.  They have been turning the ball over way too much and fumbling too much.

3) Too many stupid penalties.  9 yesterday......guys not getting off the field, jumping or lining up offsides, O-lineman downfield......nonsense and discipline type stuff.

4)  Play calling......their situational play calling and situational awareness is lousy.  And there are many examples of it.  Hurts not getting out of bounds at the end of the half was just plain stupid.  The WR screens that are down wasters and put the offense in a 2nd or 3rd and long....that f------ play needs to be removed from the playbook.

5) They ran the ball yesterday......with results......geez, who knew?  They have the O-line and RBs to be a 125 yards plus a game run team.

6) Stop the designed runs for Hurts......he runs enough with scrabbling.......he takes bigger hits on these runs and if he gets hurt, the season is over....there is no Nick Foles in the wings.

7) The playcalling inside the red zone.....40% conversion against the giants?  And it's been bad all year......That has to get better in the playoffs.

8 The play designs......they run too many come back routes to the receivers......they FINALLY threw some crossing routes to Smith and Brown with big yardage results.....they need to do more ........along with quick slants.

9) Swift and Scott need to be more involved in the passing game.......and not screen passes, which the eagles simply can't execute.  They need to be matched against LBs on some wheel routes or underneath short crosses.

10) No more empty backfields......no reason to tell the defense they're passing.  They need more pre-snap movement, some motion, some unique formations.....do anything to create some confusion on the defense.  For example, Watch the rams or 49ers.......they need some of that.

Getting 33 points is always good......but they keep making so many mistakes that will cost them against tougher defenses.

Who had 4 fumbles?  The Eagles had 1 fumble...the kickoff returner running into his own guy...when is the last time you saw that?

The interception would have hit Goedert in the chest if he didn't slip.

Come on now.   They can't put up 50 on a good team unless they are playing a good team.

There are no more "  well if they were playing this team "    they play AZ and then the Giants.  That's all that matters

When they play a playoff game...it will only matter vs that team.

We don't play vs an imaginary good team.  That isn't how sports works.

KC sucks right now.  They weren't looking great last year.    Look at what happened.  Anyone totally counting them our now?

Right... should be same way with the Eagles.  Really the Rams too... team that won, should never be counted out.  They have proven they know how to win in the moment regardless of the laundry list of things their fans would like to see.

Think I’ve clearly stated my point of view about that whole subject…that’s in the past now. I would like to utilize your skills to breakdown the scenarios utilizing your math on the subject of us winning the NFC East possibilities against Dallas. This is what I believe is the most likely important subject with these two games left. If you wouldn’t mind…I would appreciate that.

Why DeVonta Smith was unhappy even after skid-snapping win - NBCSP
The Eagles improved to 11-4 but with just two games remaining in the 2023 regular season, they’re clearly not playing their best football. And one of their offensive captains, Devonta Smith, didn’t mince words. "Eleven wins?” Smith said. "We’re not playing good football right now. As an offense, we’re not where we want to be. I’m not satisfied. Yeah, we got 11 wins. I’m not happy. It needs to be better for what I want to do, what everybody else in here wants to do, what we want to be. We’re nowhere near that, so no, I’m not happy.” That sentiment was shared by plenty of Eagles after a win that snapped a three-game losing streak. There was some relief about getting a W but it wasn’t convincing and it did little to quell the fears that have popped up over the last month. In fact, it was the same kind of win we’ve seen plenty of times from the Eagles this season.

I really want that very real possible top seed. I do..I do. But my number one priority I believe I’ve made known is player health. Maybe that bye in the dream scenario is what gets us the best health postseason wise. When weighing out possibly one seed but suffering severe injury news or last seed and as healthy as could possibly expect? I’ll take the last playoff seed and health.

  • Author

So with laying that known ground work of my logic… at this point…with just two games left and injury news being what it is? I want the top seed. But be really really hard to swallow losing the EAST to the hated cowpies. So I’m pissed at coming into the postseason as a wild card at this point being the regular season conclusion.

  • Author

Why I’m hyper focusing on beating the cowboys to win the East. So if we lose the next two games. Not a prediction. Just one of many possible scenarios. And The Cowboys win both of their last two. We don’t win the East.

  • Author

If we lose both games. Again, just a possible realistic scenario…not a prediction. And the cowboys lose both games. We win the East.

  • Author

So now ready to look at considering all other possibilities concerning winning the East.

  • Author

Sorry doing all kinds of other stuff. But working on it now.

13-4 we win the East.

Cowpies finish 10-7 we win the East
