"I have to make sure I have the physical traits of being able to play a certain amount of snaps and not be as tired as much," Maddox said. "I am slowly progressing throughout the week, getting a lot of practice reps."

Disappointing quote. Especially the "slowly  progressing.”

I want the young guys on the field.  Whatever has happened the last 2 weeks.  Play those guys... except move Bradberry over to cover the TEs. Just like vs NY.

Just like playing against NY huh? The worst pass O in the league…by a significant margin.

Yes... Play the same strategy....obviously in Seattle we saw him struggle to cover WRs.  Put him inside on the TE.  The Giants have a decent one.

Coming off playing KC, Buffalo, SF and at Dallas.... the last 2 matchups vs teams who had extra 3 days rest...travel back from Dallas early Monday morning/ late Sunday night...then go a across the country.

Compared to playing NYG, AZ and NYG...just a bus ride...then Seattle has to fight to get in and fly across the country.

Much different.

The Eagles dominated every stat Sunday ...3 fluke plays made the score close.

You seem to be forgetting we played against Drew Lock and not Geno Smith(and Drew Lock beat our secondary)

Did he....what were his impressive stats?

I mean...someone always says that the stats tell the story.

But they had bellinger the second TE go for 50. Not a good TE at all.

But liking the young guys getting smasher for sure. What exactly I’ve been preaching since the offseason. Slay looked washed up game five of last season. Ringo looks good. Rick’s works for me in some ways. Sidney Brown has some ways he works.

Desai just wasn’t a good hire. I was against it. But KC and Phins second half had me walking back those thoughts some.  But maybe that was Patricia getting in the halftime suggesting all along. Just no way for us fans to know. I don’t know what happened to Bradberry. But maybe No Mas you are correct here. TE coverage has been the worst all season. So Bradbury much better option there. Much much better.

Mmmmm Desai was given a bad hand his D unit honestly over achieved to start the year dealt will injuries and really wasn’t given the pieces at S or LB to start the year.

Not saying he was good hire per say but wasn’t really a fair shake either was just another scape goat

Was given a bad hand and agree. Maddox injury hurt. Slay and Bradberry looked mostly garbage as well. But yeah …Rosie just couldn’t put together the whole package like would have gotten us over the top as favorites this season. If we win these last two games this group overachieved this year.

Dean and Morrow as only options at LB was a real rough plan Rosie had there. Blankenship and ? Was a rough plan also. Doubling down on Slay wasn’t wise. Bradbury surprisingly just fell off the cliff. Actually thought bringing him back was a good idea. Preferred Gardner-Johnson bring back. Wasn’t GM of the year this year for sure. Draft tough to fully judge. Having that shot to easily move up slightly for Carter was huge! Nolan been finally playing, Hasn’t brought first round pick return. Steen not looking like bust. But didn’t contribute. Sidney has played…but mostly torched.

Ringo think we struck gold with…hopefully.

Good enough to beat the Eagles

Drew Lock's last win as a starter was Dec. 13, 2020.  IDK maybe it was a "fluke" 92 yard final drive. Excessive flukiness 😆

Eagles trade with Texans again

The Eagles parted ways with a 2024 third-round pick for the rights to the No. 105 pick in the fourth round (the third pick of the round). Philadelphia had two third-round picks in 2024 to begin with.

The Eagles selected Kelee Ringo at No. 105, the third Georgia player taken in this draft

I had forgotten how we had acquired the Ringo selection.

Browns look sharp,Ravens too, that will be a war in the AFC

Like 2018 season all again in many ways comparatively. Rosie very cyclical with how he works these contracts and cap. 2017 team was sick. 2022 was dominant. 2018 team still had that winning look. Could have won back to back SB. 2018 team was lesser than 2017. But was heading right there at the end in the playoffs. Alshon not catching that pass but it going off his hands and intercepted ceiling our fate instead. 2017 team was a better squad and would have beat 2022 squad. 2018 squad would have beat this years 2023 team. Believe the drafting and young players assembled on this run of 22 and 23 superior. So thinking has much opportunity to be superior to what became of the team in 2019 based on youthful building blocks. Remembering Carson Wentz being considered top notch Franchise QB in 2019…nowhere close to the player he was ever again after that season. 2020 Rosie went all in on a terrible team. But he did draft Hurts. Which right after 2019 Wentz was astonishing. Nobody saw what was coming between those two QBs in 2020. Will the 2024 team rise above 2023? Instead of regressing so much like they did from 2018 to 2019. Which way will this franchise be heading? Did Rosie learn lessons from that very comparable Pedey team he’s doing with Siri? That maybe he utilized getting the youth in here for 2023. But left gaping holes at LB and S not ‘going for it’ as much as 2018? Cap doesn’t say that as much that I see.

Schwartz much higher level capable coach than Desai.
