Cant beat the lowly Cards AT HOME, but you think they can beat a winning team…on the road? To what, then get ****slapped by the hated Cowpies again….or the Niners? I am just so disappointed. Team was LUCKY to beat both the Chiefs and Bills. Yes, lucky! Imagine if they had lost both? Probably dont even get in the playoffs. Whats wrong with Smith? So without Smith, maybe forfeit? Sigh!

Joemas, did you listen to the coaches presser after the game? What did they have to say? I mean, I’d love to hear them back up their defense after that performance? Called it a t shirt yr months ago - that's a LOT worse than having a losing season. Gets us low draft picks and a lot of players leaving. Worse part is being semi good. cause it lasts for yrs. Now I can't watch college cause it's gone and my Eagles aren't going to be contenders, esp after watching the Ravens - omg! Just going to have to get used to it.

I do feel you, exactly why I felt Siri was trying to protect them. Run D was stout first half of the season. Don’t know what happened there. If a team can run on our d we are in big trouble.

How many times has our team gone to the SB? It’s rare. Just went last season. Still say we have a shot. We really do. Been saying how we can lose to Cards….but beat anybody also. I don’t think anybody will be all excited like it’s a gimme game to play us. We are that team with nothing to lose come playoffs. Not the top seed trying not to lose. We can be the let’s try the trick plays and fake punt guys. Ohhh…then we are real dangerous. House money team in the playoffs….pretty different outlook when you think like that. Aren’t expected to beat the Niners. Go for it on 4th and 3 from our own side of the field. That changes things.

Even the Browns clawed their way to a playoff berth,with different QB's and an old gun LOL. And he did it WITHOUT CHUBB!!!! And took naps on the sideline too LOL. I think the Clowns would wipe us off the map. Hurts falling down like a little girl really got to me today. Such a wuss. There is no drive,no fire,just going through the motions and grabbing that paycheck(the BIG paycheck). Hurts is going to lose this team if he hasn't already. Low dollar Julio got 2 TD's. I took my flag down early. I usually fly it all day LOL . My ex son in law who lives in Phoenix had a good laugh

Understand the disappointment. But now all that expectation and pressure is off. We are the Dangerous Team. We’ll kick inside to start the second half. Go for fourth downs at longer distances. The underdog playing with house money. Completely flips the script. Prevent? Or screw it Zero Blitz? All the rules change now. We aren’t playing anything not to lose so much anymore. We are the guys with no fear and nothing to lose. Dangerous! Every trick play is on the script now.

Gotta also remember Hurts is the all time franchise leader in TDs. Not something to ignore every flaw. Most TDs ever in an Eagles uniform. Gotta count for something.

So we peaked on 11/28 and it's been downhill since with a cheap win vs the gnats. Posers. Just really saddens me. I thought we were a contender. Even the D line quit allowing 200+ yards rushing vs a sub .500 team. Just really SHOCKING!!! Oh well 1 more game then 1 more in post season and to make things even worse to end the year the Saints won

I won my fantasy league, so it's not a total loss on new years 

Just for the record,I did not watch ONE college bowl game for the aforementioned reasons. With the good players opting out,there is no reason to watch them. Should be an NFL rule to be draft eligible that you play in EVERY game. They can fix this if they wanted to. Very well stated by 58,they get a free ride then shaft their fans and the very school that paid their way because of money

We aren’t posers. We are exactly who we’ve always been. We still got a shot. Don’t give up. But main thing it sounds like is your expectations were just massively too inflated. We struggled pretty much to win every game the whole season. But yeah…I can feel you being shocked. Probably why I have a whole different acceptance. I only saw us as an 11 or 12 win team. So no shock for me.  We had a chance to overachieve. Some years that maybe would have given us a big edge in the postseason. Not this year. No easy path to have grabbed like last season.

   But I disagree and think we win our first playoff game. We are the Dangerous team now. We can just go for it. Changes most everything. Not playing to not lose in the postseason. Playing with nothing to lose. Really gives some optimism here. Totally different mentality.

Coaches opted out too. Went to their new schools. Is what it is. That’s college football. But I can understand your frustration with this.
