McNabb record season he had WRs Terrell Owens and Pinkston. Westbrook at RB. Chad Lewis at TE. That’s the comparison for you TD123. Westy greater than Swifty. TO greater than AJ. Smith greater than Pinkston. Goedert greater than Lewis…though he was injured for a bit.

I was talking about the Brotherly Shove

Yes, I figured that out lol

Hopefully DeVonta will be back for the playoffs. Always just been key to have our health. Hurts healthy and playing well will always give us a shot.

So do you rest our key players this final game? Team looks worn out. Just way too many snaps. The rotation on the Dline hasn’t been going on as much this season.  Meadowlands turf is the worst. Causing the most injuries of anywhere. Cowboys play at 4 just like us. So won’t have intel on them losing first to decide.

Really resting our key guys shouldn’t mean a loss even. Mariota and the backups on both Oline and Dline should be capable of beating the giants. O.Z. And Mariota have familiarity together from last season. Gives Quez his final shot to show what he can do. Because I rest AJ and DeVonta. Giants porous run D we should be able to take advantage of without Swift.

Sounding exactly like Siri confirmed my theory that he was burning clock playing for the field goal. Exactly why Gannon outcoached him. Gannon knew exactly what Siri was thinking. Last season our 5 minute O kills the clock, kicks the field goal and walks off winners. This season don’t have the ability to run the ball like that and kill the last 5 minutes. Don’t have the D to rely on to get the stop. Gannon got Siri….called the onside kick. Outcoached Siri. Siri was playing to kill clock and kick.

DeVonta got injured on that screen pass on third and long to Gainwell…..to add insult to injury…literally.

The biggest thing from the Cards game....they bullied our rub D from start to finish.  The D was on the field a lot....simply due to their own inability to stop the run.   That's the first time all season for that.

Michael Irvin is very concerned about cowboys rushing game. Says they don’t have the Hammer. Pollard was great getting the big plays …after Zeke wire down the D. Without the Hammer….rushing game disappeared. Pollard rushing for lowest per carry of career.

Not the first time. Was the number one run D like week 10. After that teams been running on us. D has been on the field a bunch plenty here the since the bye week. Look worn down and tired. Dline rotation looked to have dropped off. Sweat and Reddick playing such a high number of snaps. Byard looks slow and old. Though if given a week off…could find enough juice to play strong postseason. Shaq looks like he’s worn down…or maybe just lost his game. Blankenship tackled like he was worn down some this last game. He just needs a week off. Heal up…freshen up.

Bye was week 10. 7 games …tough games played since. Look back at this Cards game. A bit slow on D. Terrible poor tackling. Watch the game again with the mindset our D is worn out. Glaring all around. Need to rest our players. They’re gassed. Sweat has played in rotation before. Been on the field like 75 percent of the time it feels this season. Carter? Hit a bit of that rookie wall. Davis never played remotely as much as this season. Blankenship barely played rookie season. On the field every play this season, when not injured and out. I watch Connor bully, as No Mas describes it, our what used to be the top run D. Just gotta get these guys fresh for the postseason. I’d take the 7 seed and getting my players fresh instead at this point(obviously not even possible).

Look how many plays you can’t find a single D player getting off a block.

Lacking any real LB room also a reason cards ran all over us. Ben Van Sumerin didn’t have a good second game. I’ve been interested in him all along. He’s athletic. But he was out of position and having poor vision. Out of what just had to be his gap. So not everything just D needing rest. Need a LB also. Hoping Cunningham can get back for the postseason. Gives us 1….decent LB….serviceable at least.

Yes..was first time from start to finish that the opponent's main thing was running the ball on us.   From start to finish.  There were other games where the run d wasn't good...never the main thing for out opponent from start to finish

The Cardinals didn't punt.    The only time they didn't score...was when their pass game threw us an interception.

Their run game allowed their punter to take the game off.  That was the story of the game.  The old school physical dominance of the Cardinals run game, that made them control the ball and score every drive but one.

Technically I think before the half also. Nitpick if you just view stats. But yes, agreed. They held the ball and pushed on a worn out D. Nobody getting off blocks and poor tackling. LBs just stink. The rest mostly just looked like a team worn out at the end of the season.

We could win this last game…and do nothing to improve our standing. Nothing to improve our matchup or situation. Just can’t see how it’s worth it to play top guys this last game. Everybody knows I can’t stand the giants the most if anybody. I’d be the first to try and find reasons to beat the pulp out of them. Only reason to play top guys week18 is because the whole goal would be winning the East this year. A white flag to the postseason. Just want to call ourselves East Champs over all else. Which still doesn’t mean it happens. Frankly can lose with pushing our worn out starters. Or can win with using the fresh backups. Everything in between. Top starters…get a bye…if I’m in charge.

By giving top starters the week off…I’m not surrendering to the giants. Still demand our team beat them. They aren’t that good. Resting top guys should just level the talent level playing field…is all. I’m going for the win…with Mariota.

Might have dodged that bullet. Just need to rest our guys. I’ll be straight upset we try and force him out to play week 18.

College football peaked yesterday. Three games that were fantastic! That Washington QB Pennix I’d love to draft. He’s a stud!

Southpaw Pennix I’d give up three first rounders for.

Not the guy I’d heard of in the conversations to be top pick. Don’t have any idea why not. Kid knows how to work that pocket and sling it! I’d say the left handed part…could be an advantage.

Can't get the one seed, so I agree somewhat. If it can be afforded in the DL rotation I would def sit Cox & Graham. Maybe Blankenship as he's our best Safety. Who else you thinking of resting?

Such a Lesser Oline for McNabb…is that your point? Or every QB we’ve ever had? I think the Oline been ok this year. But hasn’t that elite. The names sound great. But actual reality they’ve played at this year more like 10th ranking level.

How often did mcnabb even QB sneak? I didn’t look back that far it’s irrelevant lol…. Fact is we were a highly successful QB sneak team even with Wentz at QB and the other guys that had reps in that span without shoving the QB from behind.

It has nothing to do with names it just straight facts that you love to ignore because it doesn’t fit in hams narrative of jock riding Jalen Hurts.

I give Siri a ton of credit for leaning into the sneak play seeing how successful we have been in the past with this OL and building on it
