I agree the talent is there, especially on offense. We need to outscore other teams since our defense is suspect. I mean seriously in 1 game AJ had 8 yards. REALLY?. OK so maybe it was a bad game with a top CB covering(still, I find it hard to believe he can't get open for an entire game)/ Some days he will get the stats, other days it could be Smith, but really if your top WR gets 8 yards thats AWFUL. I mean you can run 3 button hooks and get more than that LOL. Elliott(money) cannot be the guy who save us every game. The O needs to produce BIG. Our whole offense has to stop being the tush push

Believe things are very strong and attractive for top quality candidates to take the jobs now. Cap situation isn’t completely dire. Talent level on the team can attract both HC and GM to believe just adding quality to it can succeed.

It’s time for Lurie to step up

Should we be the guys looking to throw money at Jim Harbaugh or maybe Bellicheat.

Think the new GM has to decide. His first job execution should be collaborating with Lurie on coaching hire.

Would either of those both known quantities choose us over others?

Hurts or Herbert? SoFi or Linc? On and on….

Gotta just admit from the beginning it’s tough to beat out LA for Philly. I do think there is a slight chance these two coaches just might be the guys that value our team. Both powerful top coaches that could thrive in the situation under a new GM. Neither would come to work for Rosie.

At the end of the season when he gets fired

Brotherly Shove was his best innovation

When I played you only were allowed to block the defender to help get your guy forward…it was a penalty to push your own guy.

Notice how he actually throws a very subtle dig in about Smitty. Basically saying he’s the one that behind the scenes has complained about targets.

If Rosie had made that Patrick Queen trade it might have covered up many of the other flaws. No doubt we’d be the top seed. Expecting to win it all. Guy ended up having a phenomenal season.

Would have probably cost us our first round pick(Nolan Smith) and second rounder next season.

I can’t believe Dickerson made it this season. He was fantastic last season. But I didn’t think played very well at all this season.

Happy for Reddick to get his recognition by coming here. Swift made his first. Big time for him. Unfortunately very likely means he’s leaving to get paid this offseason. Should bring in a decent comp pick at least.

Don’t think I’m as high on the Fangio scheme as Rosie and possibly Siri. Hard to tell with Siri since we all know he has very little power. Guess I’m just more old school 4-3 thinking. Grew up learning so much from watching Jim Johnson’s brilliance. Could you even imagine us not running away with last year’s SB with him at the helm?

Pro Bowl selections were officially announced on Wednesday night and the Philadelphia Eagles have six players who were recognized. Only three teams — the San Francisco 49ers, the Baltimore Ravens, and the Dallas Cowboys — had more

Not surprising the Niners have more. A team I’ve been pointing at for years now on so much of the ways they have been doing things. Hopefully they get denied the prize this season. Their long run of success here can’t be sustainable forever. Gotta start winding down some here the next couple years. Cowboys even with their terrible cap management fielded a better team than us this year. They’ve dealt with tough injuries this season. But stepped up to overcome them. Niners, Ravens and Cowboys all believe in having quality LBs and S. Might be something they know better than us there. Ravens look like the best team this year. Gotta think them stealing Dennard from us has played a key role. What if we named Dennard DC instead of Desai? What if we drafted All Pro S Hamilton instead of fat lazy Davis? Drafted A LB Patrick Queen instead of Reagor? Both went right after the choices we made chosen by Baltimore. Would we not be the top team in the league instead?

Swift leaves …wonder if we could get Sanders back possibly? If traded for he’d have a cap hit of 6,200,000. With an ‘Out’ in his contract after that of like 2 mil. Erasing the rest of his contract. I bet the Panthers would trade him for next to nothing. We could even talk them into eating a bit more of that 6.2 cap hit. A seventh round pick to take him off their hands. Maybe a sixth if they eat 1.2 mil of his cap hit. Leave us with his cap hit at 5 mil. Very manageable. Could work out fairly nice for us. He could be the 1B in the Rb room. Just would need to find the 1A to pair with him.

Be nice if we could retain Swift at a similar 5 mil price as the 1A. I’d be willing to go 6.5 mil.

Top pending FA RBs are Saquan, Jacobs, Ekeler, Henry and Pollard. Could you imagine what having Barkley would do for us behind this Oline?
