We all loved the cool unflappsble QB. But right now this team needs him to be more and needs him to get the team going and he just doesn’t do that. This team is lifeless and they take on the personality of their QB.

I had an engagement party...about hour and a half away....got home just before 7:30...didn't see anything, not even going to bother.   Didn't see a play, didn't hear a comment...other than seeing the Facebook posts from friends.  

Don't really care... they got penalized by having to play Monday night,  that's the death sentence in the playoffs.  

But let's see how they respond.  I'm not a fan of the local media, it's like TMZ with a little sports mixed in.  They look for problems.

2017 it was like they all seemed to hate it, until Wentz went down and Foles struggled before the playoffs...then they came out like vultures.  They don't seem happy in their job unless they have something to complain about or bad to report.

Saints are first 9-8 team to pick round 1. .  That's pick 14.  They go to the back of the line for the 9-8 ( non playoff teams) for round 2.  That's 18th pick in round 2.... pick 50

Had they lost to Atlanta today...would have been pick 42.

This Eagles team looks around wondering who is going to make a play….instead of going and making a play.

This Eagles offense has absolutely no rhythm in play calling.

This Eagles team does not appear that they believe they can win…which makes all of us wonder what plans are being put in place by the coaches.

Same. My Mrs said to me yesterday that she couldn’t watch anymore because it was so bad but mostly because she could see how much it was affecting me. I just need to let it go and try to enjoy the other play off games.

Just on a side note for DC I’d really be interested in Jared Mayo the LB coach for NE… we interviewed him to be HC before deciding on Siri and he apparently did well. Even heard that he could be in play for NE HV job if they decide to part with Belicheat.

I had a great time at the engagement party yesterday,  didn't see a play yet from the game.  

Now this crap of putting the game on Monday....my high school kids have the 8:30 slot to practice basketball.

1.  The object is for your team to score,  that's the easiest way. They have that unstoppable play,  not doing t would play right into the rest of the league's hands.

2.   You would have to be a complete moron...like a total idiot ...to view all those tush push TDs as something great for the QB.  Like it's his stat instead of the team.   

3.  So if it's the easiest play to score a TD ....and the whole world knows that it's a team thing, not blowing smoke up the QBs arse... then there should be zero negative feelings about it.

But in today's world... who knows.

I mean we are Eagles fans...we know how the Lurie led Eagles have always been about the " face of the franchise " and like to force someone in that role, overhyping them etc.

It's been obvious the last two years how they go overboard with the current guy.  Really wanting him to be that guy.  Maybe the constant " first guy with this many rush TDs and this many other meaningless stats etc"  has gotten annoying to the other players? 

Especially when the limitations of his game have come out this year.  You still have his stans that refuse to blame him for anything ( I'm not talking just on here,  nobody cares about us, it's a broader spectrum of the fan base) including a lot of the media. 

In the current state of the country...especially when he came into the league...we can see the agenda there as to why they need him to be that guy so badly.  

At this point....none of it matters.   Your career really doesn't start until you have that first real adversity and people start to question you.   Well... it's here now... so as an Eagles fan I have to root for this young man to be able to survive and improve from this.  Doesn't have to be this year, but let's hope he is able to avoid the downward spiral and reach his max potential. 

A loss here or a poor offensive performance....to the team that publicly said on camera during a game...." he can't read a defense "   that's going to be an offseason of doubt for him.   

This could be his crossroads.
