Why would he just sign an extension for the extra year... from 2025 to 2026.. and then retire?   Makes no sense?  

The last 4 years he has played more games each year....he has been more healthy each year.

Are you telling me they voluntarily quit fighting for the #1 seed. A Bye and homefield throughout? I mean, Ive weighed the possum thing for couple weeks and the giving up a shot at #1 seed has kept me from going all in on my possum theory.

Nah... I just think could easily be possible subconsciously .... they made it all the way last year....the next step is winning the game.  Really nothing would get accomplished until playoffs...I could see it.   But we also see all season some issues.  Also see 2 games being lost on last drive... so I think it's just more of an idea they haven't been focused 100%

Right,they stopped vs the tougher teams. They panicked instead of sticking with it IMO. SO the running game gets stuffed the first 2 series,that is not a reason to give up on it. Make the adjustments on the O line,or try a different RB. Penny is still a no show and that really angers me. he can bash those 2-3 yarders if Swfit gets stopped. I'm sure penny would like some snaps now and then. That's why Howie went and got him,then he rides pine? really not smart. if the running game stalls,put penny in,beat up the D line,then you can go back to using Swfit since they will be tired out

We played crap teams. Yeah I complained a bit about some things I thought we could do better. Now that it's all collapsed,it doesn't matter because it's too late. Unless some kind of miracle happens next game we're 1 and done
