Our players have no faith or belief in these coaches and scheme. They’ve known way before the rest just how bad things were. At 10-1 they all understood there were big problems.

Pity guys like Kelce/Cox who may retire have to leave in embarrassment

This game may decide that for them. There is no reason to beat yourself up any longer

Hurts should cancel his contract and leave town. Just pathetic

Siri can be on the same bus too

It's a total whitewash. I'm out. Just disgusting

Coaches gotta be done. No players performing at their best. Many having their lowest season. Add on the obvious glaring lack of any belief anything will improve. Will be very interesting once we fire the coaches to hear the truth emerge. This squad seriously overcame the coaches to pull out wins to get to 10-1. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. We haven’t seen a great playcall on either side of the ball all season. Scheme or call the right play to get anybody open…ever. Even with holes in personnel on D…can’t be that terrible in pass D. If you give up yards and points …at least gotta make plays sometimes. Gotta do something. Our D actually clearly raised the level of confidence of any QB we faced. They expected to complete passes. But no reason to fear an interception as a penalty. The D plays over the top to not give up the big plays. But then is miserable at tackling. Can’t have that combination.

Feels like the worst D our franchise has ever had. Had Dennard right in house. Let him walk and the Ravens just launched with his addition. Hired a known low ceiling and prepared Desai. Bad enough. But brought in a character like Patricia to oversee things…practically saying he’ll take over at some point. Undercutting and coaching going on.

I need to see Lurie freaking pissed off. Everybody head gotta role.

Sure glad the Eagles made the playoffs. That was exhilarating. NOT!
Joemas, you have to admit the coaching is a wreck. It was climactic tonight in the playoff game. Really poor showing by this team. Tackling was worse than bad. The game plan and playcalling on offense was abysmal.

Hurts played poorly too, but he got no help from the playcalling and blocking.

Hiring Desai and Patricia was terrible. Fire-able. I don’t think Siri has any control to be the one that really did that. No LB and undrafted second year S leaving such holes is fire-able. Bringing back the old CBs was fire-able. GM did all that.
Siri has to be fired because of the O performance. Top ten stats…but wasn’t good. Talent overcame coaching to get to 10-1 and rank that high. So clearly the whole league figured out our O..halfway through the season. Couldn’t ever adapt or improve things. No reason to believe they ever can after so many games without any quality adjustment. First time OC can be blamed for something’s. But it’s Siri O. He is the main person responsible regardless. Infuriated how bad coaching tend this team back. It wasn’t just not great or but fantastic. It was bad. No imagination. No brilliance. Players made up late in games to earn the stats that look like things weren’t so bad.

Nothing he was going to ge able to do. Run game was non existent. The only tried a few times on first downs. Got negative yardage creating second and 12. Immediately turned to empty backfield passing. Bucs D never looked confused or conflicted. Obvious passing situations. Goedert dropped passes. Julio got knocked out early. I mean he had a few catches. Julio over the hill and still was the key weapon…early on before he got blasted. Then we had nothing. Pass every down….with only one real target.

So blame Hurts all you want. Isn’t a QB that could steer that O anywhere. Goedert disappointed. But Quez and OZ weren’t capable of anything. No run game and throwing predictable screen passes. Didn’t rush the ball or get any YAC on any of those screens. Oline got beat trying to run the ball. But didn’t pass block well either. Hurts getting hit every throw. Forcing balls to Smitty being covered well. Passes were actually pretty good. But gameplan and routes to beat blitzing were bad. Not surprisingly. Been going on for weeks. Hurts didn’t look good. Nobody did. What I’ve watched wasn’t on Hurts. The coaching was so very clueless. No QB would look good in this O.

Great coaches could have steered this squad to had a real shot at sneaking out a SB appearance too. Pedey and Schwartz likely would have earned the top seed. Don’t even consider those two great. But this season goes down as terribly coached team. One of the worst coaching seasons I can remember. Can’t remember coaching be such a glaring roadblock to our team before. Not one game all season this team looked organized and put together. Even terrible teams put things together one week in a season.

What was this teams identity this season? First 11 games felt like they were do anything to be winners that stopped the run. But team was just known as not covering anybody on passes. But stopped even quality run D also. Only created half the sacks as the previous season. No creating turnovers. No hustle fighting off blocks. Scheming over the top relying on tackling. But just gave up easy completions and failed to tackle. Easy completion we allowed to grow with massive YAC allowance. Worst D scheme possible. Pass rush couldn’t get there with this scheme.

I want anybody else here to join me sometime on the coaches have to go. It was not even arguably serviceable.

He created and chose all this path. I can point to good moves he made also. But these huge terrible decisions counter and trump all good calls he made. Fired better coaches for weaker coaches. Didn’t draft well enough to save all the glaring mistakes. Cap management wasn’t good. Taking a SB team and deconstructing it so quickly was hard to accomplish. Having so much high character leadership that was being paid big money at the end if their careers …resulting in what happened to this team hurts. Tied into Slay and Bradbury fielding the 30th ranked pass D is the worst. Not even hope of young potential. Just old getting older while capped out. Cox, Graham, Lane and Kelce on a team that falls apart. Should be impossible. Had to be that bad…to actually lose such a high character and leadership group. Don’t get a team stacked with more or greater quality than this of winners and leaders. But now we just wasted all that so we can pay those guys after returning on our cap for the next couple years.

How did we get to the point the South winner blew us out?

We were the worst playoff team.

Need to get right on moving forward. Fire everybody tomorrow.

Figure out how to lure Vrabel. If can’t get Bellicheat. Work things backwards from the normal. Get the top coach…then figure out a GM they can work with. Those two you need to work it this way. Give them the extra power and say over the whole franchise.

Hurts- MVP=LMFAO
