D going from 2nd to 30th and never getting off the field obviously affects the O putting up stats. Can’t do anything while sitting on the bench. How we let teams control the ball on is so much is baffling.

IDK we were supposed to have a killer pass rush and it never showed really. I mean not the domination we were expecting. I didn't look up the sack count stats, but the eye test tells me it was under last years. I also showed where our PPG DROPPED from last year, even with ball hog Hurts tush push TD's

Yeah.. the DL needs the injection of some youth for sure.   I think they go overboard, but for sure we can see where their philosophy of constantly investing in the lines has consistently kept them on top...as compared to other teams.

So coaching question, why didn't we use Penny? I just don't get it

Needs. We have many now. RG,RT,DL,TE2, slot WR,RB,LB,LB,S ,CB

This is where I like to just pick the best player....so many needs only limited picks.   Just seems smart to not force the position.

Well we invested in the D line, but underperforming. Maybe over rated,or just bad coaching?

Idk....must be bad at practice.

They were pretty good tonight...not much help behind them.

Sure. I just get angry when Howie refuses to take secondary players. he gets some nice late steals, but they are not top liners

I saw little pressure on Mayfield. They didn't allow the yards they let Conner have, but we count on a pass rush to help the secondary and that's not been great

So edge would be an early pick before DT in my view

Well I'm out for the night. It's sad day in Eagles history. if we played well and lost no thang, but we stunk up the joint

Good night.... more to talk about soon I'm sure.

Kelce told teammates he is retiring after Mondays loss… Massive loss to our OL

We likely need edge help but at the same time no edge help will get pressure if the QB can throw the ball within 2secs since we can’t cover.

Hopefully we look to fix out secondary first

This goes both ways when our O was on the field they can’t make the ball and either turn it over or punt it away after 3 plays.

just horrible collapse team wide

The D is pretty easy we have some pieces Carter like Blankenship reddick older but good but for the most part need a complete overhaul.

offense though don’t know what we do we have the talent even if we need more depth pieces. And I’m not sure it’s our OC that’s the problem think it’s the HC scheme

So 11 players on offense.

7 of them were pro bowl or alternate.

The 8th spot is the rotational pieces... Quez, Oz, Stoll....etc

The other 3 are Smith, Goedert and Hurts.

Has an offense with 7 pro bowlers and 2 other really good players....ever fail to produce a pro bowl QB?

Might be a sign right there.   Stop a running QB from running... then what do you got?

Maybe but just paid him 255m he isn’t going anywhere so now it’s about designing an O that plays to his strengths

Well depending what happens next I say 3 guys should have their fates tied together in Siri(if we keep him), Howie and Hurts.

If next season is anything like the end of this season all three should be out the door

Maybe the league figured out that basic stuff?

Again isn’t that a sign of bad coaching not changing your offense? I mean I’ve talked about our lack of pre snap motion even with Steichen here which is something dominating the NFL right now.

crazy when you see Steichen goes from bottom of the league with us in pre snap motion to near the top with the colts

Has the coaching staff been fired yet, minus Stoutland, maybe

If not, why

I think there is plenty of fault to be placed on Hurts as well but coaches definitely plays a big part as well

It is interesting to see the interest that Johnson has been garnering even with our lack luster finish. He is one of the coaches im Interested to see how he changes when he isn’t here

We could tell  on the first TB drive the team wasn't ready to play

Something happened in the locker room. No team gets so bad in such a short period of time without a reason.
