Again... idk the answer.  But it's definitely not just one guy.   And if it is... my money would be the next coach couldn't win with this current QB.  I personally don't think anyone is going to win with this QB.  That is the one guy we are stuck with the next few years....apparently he needs more than 7 pro  bowl players next to him?

I’ve said numerous times my stance on Howie so let’s not act like I’m only looking at Siri 

I’m well Documented as not being high on Hurts and think we need to eventually move on, I’ve stated my belief on Howie and how of this all goes south he should be out the door just like I’ve said I think Siri was terrible and should be fired for his massive collapse with his hand picked coaches 

So no it isn’t all Siri but of the 3 only 1 guy is likely to be changed out and that’s Siri…. Hurts is under contract as you said, Howie is Lurie guy he isn’t going anywhere…

You can't  keep firing 30 coaches a year.   

At some point you have to say...the same people can just do a better job if they had better things to work with.  

Who would want the job here if we fire Siri?   Then what... you win 14 games you get fired if you only win 11.  And you have to do it with the roster we had?  

You guys worry about all that...  my concern this year is on the players we have coming and going.   The whole secondary besides Blankenship needs to go...including Maddox.  Let the young kids play.  

The draft is huge this year.   Need to also address the right free agents.  Need legit LBs.  DBs that want to tackle.  And a legit 4 weapon in the passing game.

Give this QB every player to eliminate the excuses made ....and maybe we get less cliché and  better play. 

Again... there is a difference in focusing on 2023 blame.... and looking ahead to changing things in 2024.   Both the GM selecting the players...  and the coach overseeing scheme and game management need to adjust.   To say it's impossible that either can do it...especially after 2022.  I just don't agree.

Going forward is all that should matter.

Otherwise when we look back... firing a coach who won the SB....then firing a coach after losing a SB....all within 3 years... looks pretty stupid for an organization that only made it to 2 of the first 52 SBs.

It has to be about the plan going forward.

Dude... you act like this 10-1 record was like the dominant teams from the past.   They were leaking oil all year.  

I'm not saying not to fire him... I'm saying that this piece of crap 2023 team...the one that finished with all the injuries etc... that's not why it should be known as the reason he got fired.  It has to be about the plan going forward.  Very simple concept.

My stance has not changed.   He should get fired for not agreeing about how to move forward.  His success prior should show the owner that with the right pieces he can win.  

It would be different if he didn't have that.  Same with Doug.  Vrabel and Belicheck are no longer at their previous jobs because the owners didn't feel they were the guy moving forward.   That's it.

The losing had nothing to do with those guys getting fired just because they weren’t the guy moving forward
