Just picked up Samuels and Patrick 🙂 off the wire lol(wake up you rookies!!!!)

Wasn't happy with the Fins D vs KC,so I snagged Carolina, which bothers me some, but that was the best available sub-in

I remember plenty of players getting a major payday and having a bad season. Felt like our C Kelce had his worst season after he got his first big pay. So I’m not giving up on Wentz. Had a terrible season. It’s been a terrible year for life on Earth. I’m not holding anybody that accountable this season. Just glad we got football.

I’d expect  Carson to get some big time help this offseason working on his craft. Don’t think he did much this past offseason...which shows.

IMO Watkins gets hurt really easy it seems, and now they are tossing to a new kid too and Mahomes throws to everyone on the roster(because they CAN), so think on that issue. I'm with ASG, Lockett vs the hapless Jets. They are worse than us(if that's possible). Sheppard should give you some numbers, this should be an aerial war. I would personally go with Lockett and Sheppard

OK, That makes sense. My team really got hurt because Sanders did nothing for me all year. I actually have him sitting and am playing Ekeler and Gaskin. Using Shepard as my Flex...

I don't...The gossip on my side of town has been that Peedy is dissatisfied with his lack of authority with team decisions, and wants out? Fake news?

I mean I can see why he would feel that way to be fair...

if this is our biggest problem, it would be a nice one to have.

Will be our biggest problem for sure QB right or wrong is the most important position so have to figure that out first....

He's been at his craft 5 years, like riding a bike lol. Except he fell off and didn't get back on and I'm done trying to find excuses. If he was THAT concerned he woulda got help week 3. It's not like he has no money to hire someone. Produce or GTHO. This is a business, not a play date. If you are a musician and you need to re-learn your instrument annually over winter, you are in the wrong business

yeah Sanders is disappointing, not because he sucks, because he only get 10-15 snaps a game. Thats bad coaching, but it stings in fantasy

I mean if you want to take a shot that Watkins gets the top billing, then go with that, but if you want solid, then I go Shep. I just don't feel the risk/reward is good enough to play Sammy with all their available targets. JMO

Have Gaskins starting in 1 league also. The above teams, the bottom 5 are reserves, but I snagged a few reserves,so they can't be used against me later LOL

IDK why we keep changing "who calls the plays" If you don't have the talent to call an entire game you need to GO AWAY. Instead of riding things out and fixing them and getting better,we do a hand off and HOPE. If you're doing that people need replaced. In other words if you START the game calling plays, then are replaced at the 1/2, you shouldn't have started calling them in the first place

So,now I hope press doesn't ruin Hurts lol(Thats sad for me to say but I have no confidence now) SHOW ME the MONEY, better yet SHOW ME why I pay YOU the money

BTW, if we don't start Fulgham, we are the dumbest box of rocks at the landfill

Team should go together and get Lurie a toupee for xmas since he has probably pulled all his hair out

I think the qb decision will make itself.

If Hurts plays well and the team wins some games down the stretch, it is clear that Hurts should be named the starter and Wentz has to be traded. We can avoid cap troubles next year by shoving a bunch of money into 2022 when we will have plenty of space without Wentz's contract.

If the team looks as bad with Hurts as the qb as it did with Wentz, you clean house and commit to Wentz and a new regime for the next three years by reworking his contract, which will largely solve our cap problems next year.

The nice thing about starting Hurts for the next few weeks is that we will get an answer to what the problem was this year.

You can say all this but it doesn’t happen every year. Sometimes players have down years. Others they find the right coach to work with all offseason and really sharpen the ax. Getting all that extra time with their primary targets. Just not the offseason Carson had...at all. Is what it is. But I guarantee if you take your advise and ship him out then in the future you’ll be b16hing about how we let a good player go and he was successful elsewhere. You bring up money like it was very helpful. I’d say the opposite here. A huge payday is s complete change in lifestyle. Seen plenty of guys that had less than their best season after their first huge payday.

I mean if you aren’t getting any first fiend like the first quarter against the Hawks....I’m all for trying something different.

I always thought Hurts is a good player. My read was he needed some development though. So I don’t have the bar but so high for him at this point.

Seems to me Wentz came in rusty this year. He didn’t get a chance to bond with all his new weapons. Basically feels like he’s been working on his relationship with DJax the last two years. Obviously bad consequences. Just wasn’t much of an offseason. Carson had his first kid. Carson got a huge check.

So Wentz took a bunch of hits while we are dropping tons of passes, missing blocking assignments, not aligning right and running a watered down version of the offense. He’s gunshy! That is fixable. Has to be fixed. Just don’t see another way around it.
   Gotta develop Hurts as well.

IDK I guess we differ. Some have down games, maybe a few more than they would like,  or a less than stellar season, but not league leading picks and sacks and the worst QB in the entire league after 5 years. I can **** if I choose to. The **** is that we dont develop players, not that we let good players go. They ARE good players, just not here because we are sub par. If Wentz was on fire you wouldn't be complaining about the money either

Then they are immature, you picked the wrong guy and they have ZERO business leading your team, let alone being a part of it

Then that person should not be doing it to start with. Ped is just AWFUL, AWFUL at in game adjustments on the fly. Successful coaches do it, they don't wait until 1/2 time, and they don't bail out and pass the buck, They either get better or they need to go

He's a rook, I expect rook mistakes, but as I said Wentz is making all those same mistakes 5 years in and that's not what we pay him to do. Will be interesting to see if he plays the whole game, could be pulled for Wentz. We shall see. What will tell me more is who starts the game after that

More excuses. a QB should hit his window. Although I would get better throwing to you over time, I can't miss you by 5 yards even if it's my first ever pass to you. That is inexcusable. Missing wide open guys, staring them down, that is not gunshy, that is indecision and BAD decisions. Those can be corrected, but what aren't they? This is not week 2 here. Wentz is not altering his play for a BAD O line. Hurts did that better!!!! You can't hold the ball for 5 seconds with this shaky O line
