I know you don't take stock in these things, neither do I really, but at the start of the season our power ranking was 6th best, so on paper we had a team lol

Yes, I definitely never take any stock in Power rankings...power rankings pffftttt

Well we took a T with our first round pick last season. Traded up to get Mailata a few seasons back. So LT has to be a battle between them two. Lane has been good when available and not too injured. Driscoll looked really good in his few games this rookie season. So that’s two RT. Brooks has been arguably the best RG in football for the last few seasons. Lane, Brooks, Driscoll and Dillard is four Oline coming back next season.

Yeah, it depends on how we think those guys pan out, but I still would like to add Myers at C. IDK much about the C we have on the roster, so hard for me to know

it's an ok indicator. Not a LAW,but it tells you your team should at least compete. 6 to 22nd or wherever we are now is a pretty big fall from grace lol

I think the 6 was from PFF,which is fairly credible and like I said not LAW,but a decent indicator. That was before the wheels fell off

Well, we'll draft ahead of the Cowpies.

Now they just have to hire someone who can evaluate talent.

Well then like I said we better draft O line with our first 3 picks or the QB won't matter. I also don;t know if Wentz was calling audibles because we didn't use Sanders much at all. Without a run game, they will just tee off on you

Sanders started the season injured. Missed that first game if I recall. Then had some bug games before getting injured again. Came back a little rusty.
Went for 95 week two when he could play after missing week one. Went for 95 week three. 46 yards in an actual victory(hard to complain, right?). Then went for 80 yards. Then 118 against Baltimore but got injured. Out injured a month.

GL with that

Yeah players don't matter, draft picks don't matter if we can't keep anyone on the field

Whoever said we were the sixth best team was a terrible judge. That’s all I’d say about any of that. I thought we’d at least win the division at 9-7. That was my hope. We really haven’t been that good the last three seasons. So I’m not sure where high expectations would come from.

The assumption was the players we started with would last more than 2 games and Wentz would be a stud lol

So,now that Hurts looked bad,we are back to square one with more questions than answers

Still didn’t think we were a SB contender.

Actually think it will make some accept the real answers.

How many big hits did it take for Hurts to start fumbling and throwing picks?

Welp we moved up to the 6th pick

IDK didn;t get the game here

No but we should have been good enough for a wild card at least

So at 6 we can think about Chase. But we'd need an oline

I saw Wentz miss guys when he DID have time, so I can't blame it all on the O line play. Just amazing how this team has gone backwards

Did Mailata get hurt.

I turned the game off before i threw something through the TV

5 Ja'Marr Chase LSU Jr WR 1 6-0 208
6 Zach Wilson BYU Jr QB 3 6-3 210
7 Kwity Paye Michigan Sr DL 1 6-4 272
8 DeVonta Smith Alabama Sr WR 2 6-1 175
9 Jaylen Waddle Alabama Jr WR 3 5-10 182
10 Kyle Pitts Florida Jr TE 1 6-6 240
11 Caleb Farley Virginia Tech Jr CB 1 6-2 207

So, I think these are the guys we are looking at in round 1

Don't see us taking a QB and I doubt we would take Paye first, so IMO we are looking at a WR again or Farley at CB(CBS big board I'm sure they vary)

But after you take the hits and throw a pick it effects everyQB. Then whenyou have time you rush it or overthrow it. Same thing happened to Hurts. Especially right after he took a hit the play before.

That’s pretty much the way I’ve described defensive philosophy. I’ll give up some plays early to get hits on a QB. Try to get them rattled. Then they rush things and don’t go through their progressions....or rush the throw. Or flat out hold on to it and don’t get it out on time(that’s especially after you have a few turnovers).

Miami pass rusher should definitely be in here

We need plenty in this draft so maybe we actually get lucky and a team gives up a boatload to us to move up for a QB

FL St Marvin Wilson was the big draft loser this season. Guy was considered the top Dline. Then just disappeared this year. Not sure how far he falls. He opted out of this season he would have been a top ten pick.

Going to be a tough draft. A bunch of guys opted out and didn’t even play college ball this season. Several teams didn’t play a game this season. Even the ones that did played truncated schedules. I’d easily say this is the hardest draft to evaluate. The least amount of data collected ever.

So what was going on with DJax? One huge bomb for 81 yards. Didn’t see him the rest of the game. Seems really weird the guy ran past everybody on that play like that and he was never looked at again. Did he even get a second target? How many snaps was he in? What did he hurt himself on the TD flip orsomething?
