If we landed Day should we then be all in for fields??? Seems to be an easy match lol

Nah, he can work with Wentz and Hurts. Hurts is similar to Fields, just not as good(yet). Landing Smith at WR  and having Reagor should make most coaches look good

He won a SB nothing about Doug was a fail in that sense the fail is the entire organization just a bad dynamic between coaches and FO and many of us seen it coming to a head

He won a SB with players he inherited. Downhill ever since until it got so bad Lurie had to make a move

The question is t if he can but if he wants either I’m a big believer in the coach getting to choose his QB especially when we don’t have a guy set in place both our guys are massive????

He didn’t inherit any of the lol we were a terrible team in 16 not like we had a power house team before hand and he just vcame no and won

We have a 34 million dollar baby on our hands, Lurie will make sure they like Wentz lol

Then you can drastically cut your options down on coaches that the problem with this team

We had contracts already in place, so yeah he inherited alot of those guys. After he got here we lost GOOD players and Ped replaced them with LESSER players(either he did or Howie did)

Welp we have had this dicussion many times.trade Wentz then we can do as you say,but if that is not happening, the new caoch will have to get Wentz's form back

Who weee our good players in 16 again??? Ryan matthews DGB??? Celek who was old???

We can say a ton of things but Doug didn’t inherit a good team lol they built that team in 2017 combined efforts of the coaches a FO

I'm not going through the entire roster. Peters was at a high level,we had decent WR's and RB's. Oline was IN PLACE as were many on the D line. It's not like he came in with nothing to work with

Was injured won with big V at LT who was drafted under Doug

DL we had Cox and Graham most were added in the following years under Doug

We also had crap WRs when Doug got to town DGB was our top guy when Doug got to philly...

Ryan matthews was our RB who injured his neck that basically ended his career

Of that 2016 roster who was on this team in 2017 that got to town before Doug???

Kelce/Lane/JP

AG

Hicks/Kendricks

Jenkins

Cox/Graham....

Mcleod/Brooks/Bradham/Mills/Big V lot of these pieces were added in 2016 when Doug was coach not many pieces were inherited on that 17 SB squad

Yep a nice solid group to build off of(add TE's in here also)

Yeah, thats why we had to go out in FA and get Blount and Ajayi(I assume HOWIE did that???)

2016-we also picked up this guy named Sproles lol

Yea let’s just neglect lot of the major pieces were not on the team in 16 and some of those key guys didn’t even play half the year or in the SB for Doug lol.

Who cares the starting LT was a guy drafted under Doug starting RG signed under Doug

All WRs were under Doug even got the best out of everyone’s favorite bust AG in 17

All RBs that played were added in 17

Hicks missed half the year replaced by... Guy added in 16 under Doug Nigil Bradham

CBs were all added under Doug as was two of our key S that year Corey Graham/McLeod

Jeringan/Long/Barnett all key pieces to the DL added in 17

oh and both QBs were added under Doug Wentz and bringing back Foles

but he inherited all that lol

Then we picked up a guy Named Sanders later ,and he was barely used

Those were Howie decisions not Ped's lol

Lmao 😂 yes Doug had no say on anything by that logic no coach that doesn’t have GM should get any credit then because they inherited the players lol

SO between the 2016 team and Howie adding nice players in 2017(OFFSEASON) Ped inherited what he needed to win the SB. It's not like he started with a blank slate

AR isn’t a good coach he inherited a good team in KC that’s why he won a SB he didn’t have final say that was all the GM... Same with Pete Carroll was the GM not a good coach he inherited his squad... Reich inherited his team why he is good right now. Go down the list of coaches that apparently inherited there teams by this logic

No coach starts with a blank slate this isn’t an expansion team lol.

Doug came in had no WRs a decent OL, no RBs, no foreseeable QB and a terrible D. He had about as poor a roster as you could be dealt

Sure, it's what you do with what you inherited. KC was not a SB contender. Now KC IS a SB contender and we are a 4 win team
