IDK we were in the process of re-building this offense when the SHTF,so in my view, lets finish what we started. Wentz is the one who screwed all that up with the help of an inconsistent O line and a coach who didn't know what players to play where(14 different O lines in 16 games)

It will be an interesting situation should both still be on the board when pick 6 comes up.  Then watch Howie pass on both and go OL/DL (not named Sewell)!

Me and Ham are pushing for punter. Get on board,we have room for one more🤣

Some feel Chase is better than Smith. Problem is Chase did not play last year so no one really knows for sure. But I could see either one being taken at 6.....

Assuming one wasn't already off the board...

Yeah, to make the best decision, I really needed to see Chase play without Burrow. Mac Jones is underrated in my view,he should be a nice pick up for the Pats at 15

Pass catchers or overall? my top 3 WR's are Smith,Chase,Waddle. Overall? Sewell,Parsons,Smith

After Lawrence...I’d say: Smith, Chase then Pitts ....overall BPA

(Sigh) While I love TE's(I was one in HS) you aren't getting a barnload of yards from one. Maybe good in the RZ.if you need a top TE to block, your O line sucks(we should know)

Was watching re-runs of the OSU/Clemson game. Lawrence wasn't all that good if he was pressured. Could he be another bust in waiting? OSU defense got him flustered pretty easily

Unless they are Kelce or Kittle

Kelce 1400 yards this season been over 1000 yards last 5 years

Kittle hurt this year but over 1000 yards 18 and 19

Definitely would put Parsons ahead of all 3 but that just me... Sewell could make a case for but I don’t look much into OL guys so will defer that to someone else.

I doubt Kelce is gonna want to go through a rebuild especially with his injury history.

I haven’t heard any rumbling of Kelce wanting out or him retiring. I don’t foresee him wanting to retire after the year the OL had last year or the team in general.

New Eagles HC Nick Sirianni has been calling a lot of the Eagles players over the last few days Some players told me one thing has stood out after talking to Nick "I like his energy” "I love his energy. Can’t wait to see what it is like under him

Not getting my hopes up, but yet cautiously optimistic our Birds will be MUCH better than this past season…UGH…LOL

I watched the Colts play the Packers and the Bills, and assuming we are going to run a defense similar to what the Colts ran, here are some thoughts.

On the dline, I don't think we will see much of a difference. They ran some wide nine, so our guys will be a perfect fit for the new defense. The LBs I think will be fine in the new defense. They will have more run responsibilities and less pass responsibilities in the cover 2, so that helps us. If I were to pick two linebackers to play in this system, they would look a lot like Edwards and Singleton.

The secondary is the biggest change, and here's where I have some thoughts.

At corner, I think Mills should be our CB2. In watching the Colts tape, he does everything they want their corners to do, namely worry about short and intermediate routes, because he always has deep help. We have seen Douglas and Darby thrive in cover 2 schemes as opposed to cover 1, and Xavier Rhodes did well in the Colts system after struggling mightily with the Vikings. I have been pretty vocal about our need for a CB2, but to me, Mills is a great option for this system, and he will likely be reasonable to keep around for three years.

At safety, I think Epps and Maddox are good fits. As I have said previously, I would move Wallace to slot corner. This system requires safeties to be fast and have great recognition skills, as they have to be able to cover deep routes and get to the LOS quickly on run plays. Against the Packers, almost every big play they gave up was because a safety made a mistake. Wallace fell in the draft because he's not very fast, and I think he would do better playing near the LOS than 15 yards deep.

That being said, we need more talent at safety. As I said, almost every big play the Colts gave up in the games I watched could be attributed to mistakes made by the safeties. Their system puts a lot of pressure on them. There isn't a top end talent in this draft, but I think we need to draft a safety in the second or third round.

I’d look at Hooker FA from the Colts former 1st rounder injury problem could come cheap... I still like Wallace at S but it could all depend what we are going to do.

Ill be interested to see how Gannon approaches things sure he will do some things the Colts D does but no guarantee he runs the same system

S I’d go Maddox/Wallace McLeod can take over when healthy look at Hooker in FA. Just not high on Epps

CB- Slay that basically it to me draft picks unit needs complete overhaul I’d consider moving Maddox in the slot(or Wallace depending on matchups)

See Fipp went to the Lions

I'm hoping Siri hits the doors on the S&C staff and beats them all senseless. That would be a start right there

I have LeCounte in 3

So,we need help in alot of areas. All I am getting from you guys(and me as well) is where we start this process. I'm still trying Dillard at LOG with Mailata at LOT. Worse that would happen is it doesn't work. I am also hoping Howie loses some ego and let's Siri do his thing ranking the draftees he wants. Barnett and Jjaw need to show me why they were drafted

True, but not usually in year 1

Why Semaulo is a good G... I’d rather Mailata/Dillard compete. Absolute best scenario that could happen both are play extremely well...The we could seriously look into possible trade options of one of our Ts hate to say it but Lane??

Missing --- LB and RB. I like the thought of picking up Mack. There are a few UDFA RB's I would find interesting

If Dillard can't beat out Seu, NP he can be the BU to either, but what do you have against finding out??? Besides Seu may be competing for C

What do you have against him competing for LT????

No offense but Mailata wasn’t that great I’d say Herbig was better then him at his respective position if anything I’d say he should compete for start G with Semaulo.

Let Dillard/Mailata battle for LT

Siri looking at bringing in Pep Hamilton and/or Mike McCoy - we're becoming the Chargers East!
