That possible but doubt Lurie/Howie will trade Wentz and not draft a QB in the top 10.

My guess as of right now BYU QB Wilson

Team wasn’t going to double down and give a huge extension to Ertz. That was such a huge factor in things. Our top receiver and Wentz best buddy. Sunk our Battleship! But that move I actually agreed with Rosie.

The NFL ball where Hurts was playing behind a terrible Oline and threw for over 330 yards twice out of three starts? The one he didn’t vs the best D in the league? Yep definitely saw that.

It's on record.... invest in Hurts.  Wentz is a cancer..... Ham is calling it.

I will go on record.   Wentz will dominate again in Indy ... Howie will try not to trade him there if he can... as situation where he is set up to fail, almost as bad as here, is the ideal scenario... but if he goes to Indy, he will succeed big time.   Hurts... will be the lovable underdog, that we like in Philly.   Every stat will get twisted to make him look good.

And for the record.... I neve said " wins"  from Pedereson .... I was comparing HOW they won.   To me the QB effects the offense.   And we know Wentz was good with turnovers prior to this year.  Wentz put up more points in 2018 than Foles did... more so this year than Hurts.   Eye test... way more luck and better stability for the backup QBs.   Foles had it tough this year, folded like a little B#$tch in Chicago.... 12 points per game less than Tribusky.    all things being equal... which is having a very good team to play with my QB... I would take Wentz all day as he showed in 2017 on a consistent dominant basis... not a couple fluke games where NE and Houston were missing a bunch of starters in their secondary.

But yeah... Hurts was lighting it up in 2nd halves of games after teams put the clamps on his running.  What did we score... 10 second half points in 4 games?     But he was goingto come back vs Washington.... 7 for 20...lol.   He is our guy now... another running QB era here... Randall, McNabb, Vick wasn't enough... we need more here.

Team is a dumpster fire and void of talent.

Soooo got Wilson at #6.... assume we snag a 1 for Wentz 20-21 going off bears/Colts rumors snag????  Horn maybe I like Bateman at WR

I need to really deep dive into this draft lmao

I didn’t call it....his teammates called it. The coaches that have been fired because of him should have called it

Talent isn’t everything. I never said you don’t need talent. I just said it isn’t everything.

You need talent first... without that no chance.   We don;t have talent... that is the first thing you should focus on... not the soap opera stuff and trying to manufacture reasons why we lose.   The teams playing Sunday have superior talent.   It starts there, and you don't need to go any further with the soap opera.

This is a good thing for us... we are in 2015 mode... except it isn't do or die for Chip... it's Howie on the hot seat now.  It is more than just success here, there is an excuse for the coach and players to have limited success... lack of talent .... but if the talent that gets traded has the success we all assumed he would have here... that is 100% on Howie.   Regardless if its Hurts being limited in his success or another top draft pick... Howie will get the responsibility.   He paid a guy, then gave up on him without giving him help... basically the dumbest thing you can do.

But you agree.... all these all pro teammates called it.    But let me ask... we know the teammates that  "called it"  were not Kelce or Ertz.   Which ones  on offense are worth in your eyes to " call it"

BTW... you figured out the BS when it was DeSean and the gang stuff.... funny how it goes over your head now... " leaks"  happen when a team allows it.  Especially this team.

So Foles sucks pretty much everywhere else. Yet we won more with him than Wentz. Has to make you think about your hero a little, right? What about the reports of Wentz not listening to coaching? Favoring certain teammates? Going above his coaches head to the GM and owner?

Sure he will go to a new team and be sensitive to these character flaw areas. Be good for him.

You are preaching about the team not being talented enough to the guy who’s BEEN saying we weren’t good enough.

But your read on Wentz is misplaced. He wants to leave. He sucked. He got coaches fired. Then still wanted to leave. That’s on Wentz. Beat it! We don’t need him that bad. He can be a good player. Nobody here is really saying otherwise. But if he wants to be a Primma Donna that has to leave the city....what options are there? Make the best deal you can Rosie?

IDK... did we win more with him than Wentz?     Are we looking at the 2017 Wentz... or are we looking after that, which I see most stats compare.   I use my eyes here.... how do we win makes a difference... it;s not golf or bowling... there is luck involved when the opponent fumbles more.... or in theevent of Foles and Hurts... both guys got lucky with dropped INTs... if the foles pass that went off of the ATL defender doesn't bounce off his knee right to Torrie Smith... that 6 or 10 point swing changes the game.  Hurts threw a pick 6 that was dropped vs the Saints.  When Wentz had the team around him... he left no doubt.   He didn't need a double doink and considered a winner putting up 16 points vs the Bears.

Wentz had plenty of fumbled that didn’t go lost and interceptions dropped also. Heck, Alshon dropped a gimme pass from Foles that ended up being an interception. I know I’m not alone in thinking...that Foles was taking us down the field and scoring. We were going to win another playoff game.

At least you are learning. That’s good. Problem got you with Wentz is these reports started leaking years ago. Before we paid him the mega new deal. That part can’t be walked back. That want Rosie playing with the media. That was Wentz teammates.

Why is it prima donna... and why did he get coaches fired?   Lurie does not trust Pederson... you know it has been that way for a while.  He wants to leave because the team sucks, and idiot fans bye into all the soap opera stuff.  He is prima donna because he wants to play with guys who don't take the practice squad route... for a fanbase with brains.   Hurts inheriting the worst job in the NFL... watch how we turn on him soon.

BTW... answer the question ... which teammate on offense do you feel is worthy of complaining about Wentz?   He doesn't fit in with this group... this group sucks.  The GM made the mistakes early, not putting the talent around him... the soap opera BS doesn't become  a thought if the talent was there, nobody complained in 2017.  The former coach and current GM got lucky ..due to the journeyman lucky QB's mistake not being capitalized by ATL.  A person with a good eye should be able to see flukes... Foles, Fitz, Doug, McCarthy ...and what can truly win on a consistent basis.

Maybe if he hits Ertz earlier in the game when he was 5 yards ahead of the defender... the Alshon drop wouldn't matter?

You love the soap opera... It can't simple be that Wentz doesn;t want to go 3 years in a row playing for a bad team whose ceiling is win poor division and lose in playoffs.   He can go to Indy and play on a team that won 11 games wih Rivers.... where he could compete for real and get beat up less.    Why is that not so easy to see.  This is a bad job here... fits the running WB perfect because a bad team plays to that type of QBs strengths.  Expectations low, and we can focus on highlight plays or fantasy stats.

Indy has won one playoff game....vs Houston this whole time. Your acting like it’s the land of Championships.

You know what the fluke we haven’t seen yet is? Wentz winning a playoff game. That isn’t because of lack of talent around him.

So who are Indianapolis great weapons? Without googling

We all know I loved a certain G they took in the draft a couple of seasons ago

I’m very disappointed. I had extremely high hopes for Wentz. I don’t like this.

Better than the open receivers Wentz was missing by five yards

Sorry but Wentz....is the soap opera stuff

Local headlines... all about Hurts giving money to a family, all about him saying the right things...etc.   Welcome to the " Hurts wagon " baby!!!    While you make sense... you are missing it from Howie's point of view, he needs to go all in somewhere doesn't he.... if we keep going " well if this doesn't work out ...etc"   then what do you get, tell me the team that won a title doing things that way?   And what does it say about Howie, how many premium picks do you invest in a QB... while having Fulgham and Singleton your best players at those spots?

If you look at my overall plan(and it's just that a PLAN) it would fix many issues and give us 3 rook QB's who can compete for the starting job for the next 3-4 years. No HUGE contracts. Let them compete. I did pages of my thoughts,so look them over if you have time

Team sucked. But he didn’t want out until he realized he was a backup. That was him stating he wanted to be traded...if he was still a backup. But I believe Wentz was a part of the problem. He sucked his fair share to make things happen. Man up!!! Or run away. Fight or flight! This game base will only accept fight! He’s not our guy.

As far as Wentz, the prevailing wisdom seems to be that the Eagles want to keep him, but he doesn't want to be here.

As far as drafting a qb, that depends on what they think of the qbs available this year and what they think of Hurts. But this is where things get pear shaped. I don't see how they could go from valuing Hurts high enough last year to draft him in the second round to not trusting him to start this year. And if they truly did miss that badly on the Hurts pick, then how can we have any confidence that they will get the pick right this year, when there is significantly less info available on the top prospects.

To me, they would be much better served in sticking with Hurts and adding talent around him. As bad as our drafts have been, it can only get worse if we start mortgaging our future to blindly trade for Justin Field or Zach Wilson, instead of giving Hurts the help he needs to be successful.

Check my plan I'm not mortgaging anything

Wentz is so great he’ll garner us two first, a third and a starting QB in return, right No Mas? Stafford past his prime just got that in the twilight of his career. I’m actually surprised anybodies offering a first. I was set on getting a second. Anything more than a second round pick and i think Rosie made a good trade.
