Back into cap issues right? Why not get 3 HOT rooks in here?(costs you nothing for 3-4 YEARS) I can build a nice team with 3-4 years of cap money not paying  QB

What QB is good with no help? Look at Tannehill. Was he the crappy QB in Miami? Or the great QB in Tennessee? I think most of these top guys can be good or Right if you surround them with talent. If we build a great team.....will Hurts hold us back? I don’t see it. I don’t see him making Pro Bowls either.

We took him with a second round pick. If a Wentz is out id give Hurts every opportunity to prove he can do it.

Just saying we are in a league that saw Rosen drafted in the first round to then be replaced literally the next season by Murray.

Draft status isn’t protecting a QB anymore

Who the hell says I'm not getting help? Did you see my MOCK? And using 93's idea of picking up Mack? Pitts, Moehrig,Cox and Weaver won;t help???? Adding Grimes later at WR won;t help??? jebus

Why stop at drafting three rookies. Let’s draft five. We’ll try and sort through the QBs and the losers can go block for the winner. We have endless draft ammo. Let’s trade up for Wilson. Trade Cox, Lane and Brooks to get another first round QB. Then we can have all three fight over one football. Stick a C on the water boy until we figure it out

Here's the key word!!! Bring in the competition and PROVE it

Big difference proving in practice vs game. Like I’m saying I believe in cohesion and chemistry. I really think the pass catchers can adjust to the defender if their on the same page as the QB. That unspoken adjustment. Gotta be developed.

And after 4 lousy games Hurts has that locked in already right? With probably mostly new receivers? No Ertz? yeah he is WORLDS ahead of Wilson

Hurts didn’t look nearly as bad as Rosen. Hurts three for over 330 yards two of his games. To me that’s something to work with. Tons of room for improvement. Murray’s college coach loved him though...so that’s a pretty unique situation. Also Rosen being a flop made it easier. Hurts isn’t Rosen. I think we all agree on that.

Oh well dinner with daughter and friends in a RESTAURANT. l will (once again) lay out my plan later for you Ham, then you can bash away, BUT I want to know what you would do in every "bash" case. TTYL

Rosen didn’t have all that terrible of a rookie year either and play behind a terrible OL sacked 45 times. Almost 3000 yards 11 tds 14 ints

Hurts 6 tds 4 ints 52%

fact is Hurts wasn’t all that impressive definitely not I’m banking 100% he is my franchise QB sitting in the top 10 impressive

If we had a stacked team? Sure draft another QB early back to back. I just see a team in need of a youth infusion. We spent a second on a QB last draft. He looked pretty good. I’d explore that. Let him develop chemistry with his weapons. Get that understanding of what to expect. That right there makes any QB much better if you ask me. Concentrate on building the offense around Hurts to see what we really have. Give the guy every opportunity.

I think he has a great start developing with Reagor, Watkins, Ward, Sanders and Goedert. Probably got some reps in with Hightower, Scott and whomever else you want to mention. But really heard those main guys get pumped to play with Hurts. Kind of why you knew we should move on from Wentz. But let’s really lock these relationships in and give it everything we’ve got. You want to add in a Chase or Pitts? Great! But let them develop chemistry with Hurts. Not trying to figure out three different pass throwers. Take that relationship to Harrison and Manning levels.

Murray was the dream of the new coach they hired. It was crazy for them to do...but unique situation to hire a college HC that recruited the number one pick. We have a situation where our new coach recruited Hurts.

So you are all in on trading up and using all our draft ammo on Wilson?

Siri didn’t recruit him and great Johnson knows Hurts he also knows Dak and Trask we going to get them too.

I’m interested in Wilson. I just see a team in need of youth. So I really want to bring in a bunch of talent everywhere else. Develop a team.

A. Don’t think we have to trade up to get him think he falls to us at 6 and honestly think it will be a decision  between him or Fields.

B. Doesn’t matter what im in for as I’ve stated from the beginning it what the Lurie mainly wants. And nothing makes it seem like he favors Hurts and believes he is the franchise guy

I’d say hiring a coach for him that his dad coached and he’s known since he was four that recruited him in college says otherwise

Many things I’ve read about Siri is he likes the quicker passing game. Hurts has a long ball but his weakness is arm strength(maybe height). He can throw deep but not the deeper patterns on a rope. That’s what I mean by arm strength. So seems like a good fit.

A QB coach that Siri hired not Lurie. Feels like a reach to me. Think it more telling on the guys the QB coach you know actually coached not just cuz he has known Hurts since he was 4

Hurts isn’t Watson. But does he have to be?

You just brought up Zona taking Murray. Murray wasn’t Klingsburys QB in college. But he recruited him and wanted him. Hurts was recruited and wanted. He didn’t go there....but he’s known him his whole life. Both him and the coach have been coached by the same coach..Hurts dad. That’s a huge connection that I won’t ignore.
